I ordered the All Star Bossam, and honestly, it was really delicious. The pork was juicy and flavorful, standing out beautifully even without any sauces or side dishes. Notably, the pork had no off-putting smells, which can be a problem with some other bossams I've tried in the past.
The sides were all great, with the exception of the macaroni, which was quite bland and seemed unnecessary among the other sides. Despite this minor flaw, the overall dining experience was highly enjoyable, thanks in large part to the attentive and very nice staff. I highly recommend this place for a satisfying meal.

Awesome food and amazing service. Both the ribs and the knuckle were so tasty. The side dishes were surprisingly tastier than other places; at one point I ended up eating lettuce wraps with rice and side dishes.

I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional the service was for me. The waiter had very helpful answers to my questions (about portion size) on what I should order.I ordered the half green onion, half garlic bossam for $42. I love the garlic sauce here—it's a sweet minced garlic paste that masks any gaminess in the pork. The green onion sauce was more of just a gochujang sauce that had shredded green onion on top. Not my favorite but that's just my personal preference.I didn't think I was waiting particularly long for my food at all. Maybe just 5-10 minutes into placing my order, the waiter came by to let me know my dish would be coming out kind of slow because they were making a fresh batch of the pork. They offered some refreshments on the house and refilled my banchan without me needing to ask. AND THEN they came around like another 5-10 minutes later to offer a plate of freshly fried gyoza for the "inconvenience." I really didn't think the wait was unreasonably long at all, but their dedication to good service brings me to tears. ? ?
Parking: The plaza has a large parking lot, but it fills up quickly when busy. The road is also a little narrow, so be cautious and watch out for other cars and pedastrians (as you should anyway).

The pork has a spoiled smell. It seems that it was cooked without being properly thawed. More attention should be paid to the cooking and storage of frozen meat

Worst shoyu I've ever had, and the vibe is cringe and grading.

The food here is delicious! The pork belly is cooked to perfection and warmed up under a fire. We also got short ribs with melty cheese with corn cheese, steamed egg, pineapple, and sausage. Even the banchan sides were delicious and we kept getting refills. The service was quick and friendly. There was a call button on the table that you can call the staff over with.
Parking: Huge parking lot bc it’s in the Yes Plaza. It may be difficult during lunch and dinner time

We ABSOLUTELY ? ❤ Sosom‼After binge watching 'One Piece' Ep 350-407 we were ready for our first experience with TAKOYAKI. Sosom's TAKOYAKI, was likely ever better than HATCHIS'...WOWZERZ SO GOOD!! We also enjoyed the Cheese Corn, Chicken Terriyaki bowls, Soju and Mochi. All was deeelish. JANE has invigorating energy, with solid menu suggestions, and she delivers incredible service. Plus, she is so warm and welcoming. We adore❤ her. DANIEL, is very engaging and insightful about Anime as well. We loved our dinner and felt especially grateful, like we enjoyed a lovely visit with 2 long lost Cousins. Thank U Sosom, we will be back very soon.

The bossam is must get. The pork rib cheese plate is also fun. Bring friends so you can try more of the signature dishes, which come in large portions.

I kept hearing good things about this restaurant and boy was I not misinformed. The ramen here has a flavorful broth that didn't taste like it was from powder, nor did it make you want to drink water to cleanse your palate, like how other ramen shops who don't make their own broth from scratch. The noodles itself has a good chew and bounce to them and the amount given is a decent amount. I would say they didn't skimp out on what you paid for.The bossam was about what you'll expect, not much special from what I've had before, but the pork knuckle on the other hand exceeded expectations. The one in the photos is the garlic pork knuckle and it was just a strong flavor impact. The texture of the knuckle itself was chewy but not "can't break apart" kind of chew. It was a really soft and pleasant feeling when eating it. It was like a chew but a melty feeling when eating it.I would come again to this location when I'm in the mood for some ramen or pork knuckle.
