Awesome food and amazing service. Both the ribs and the knuckle were so tasty. The side dishes were surprisingly tastier than other places; at one point I ended up eating lettuce wraps with rice and side dishes.
I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional the service was for me. The waiter had very helpful answers to my questions (about portion size) on what I should order.I ordered the half green onion, half garlic bossam for $42. I love the garlic sauce here—it's a sweet minced garlic paste that masks any gaminess in the pork. The green onion sauce was more of just a gochujang sauce that had shredded green onion on top.
