Horrible customer service! I called at 2:10 pm to put in an order, arrived at 2:25pm to pick up my food which the screen on the wall told me was ready for pickup, and didn't walk out with it until 2:45pm... walked in and no one was at the counter, I yelled out Excuse me and hello for about 10 mins, seeing as I could hear them talking and laughing in the back I assumed they could hear me calling out for someone so I could pay...
