El Pollo Loco is a place where the ladies at the drive-thru provide awesome customer service, always smiling and friendly. One customer mentioned that the chicken was always juicy and not dry, making the 45-minute drive worth it. However, another customer felt that the price was a little high for the amount of food received. A first-time customer was blown away by the quality of the chicken, especially the two-piece chicken meal with sides and warm tortillas. The marinade used for the chicken was fantastic, with a hint of lime, and the sides were seasoned well. The customer also enjoyed the crispy tortilla chips and flavorful salsa, even though it was spicier than expected. The staff was friendly and even posed for pictures with the customer.
