3 workers 1 placing retail away 1 at register 1 making drinks. Apparently you call your order in & it doesnt matter. Had to wait GIRL AT the hot har was only making walk in drinks ANNOYING! and she knew it. Not our fault! no one like the guy placing retail away to help the Girl at hot bar that cant multi task. ITS STARBUCKS. ITS SEEN BETTER DAYS. Girl made our drinks last. Maybe she was upset cause we're spending our day at DISNEYLAND. We were dressed up in disney shirts. Oh well we're going to have a good day. There are other places better plus not a drive thru.

Wanted to try the new stuff, chestnut Preline Latte, on my way to work. But drove to the half way, I found it’s pure milk, no coffee inside at all. First thought was like, it could be how it is. But I checked the app, it showed up a coffee. A little bit disappointed but more like wasting my time to go there again and changed a right one.

They clean the lobby,like it was their hobby. As she holds the broom,to sweep the room, she says so sweet, " please move your feet, so I can make it neat ? .

I come here all the time! I love the atmosphere, the bathroom doesn't need a code, and the people are nice. I especially appreciate Kelly! She remembered who I was after only one visit. Definitely would recommend :)

Came by to pick up some drinks and use mobile order so that our service would be quicker. However, we ended up waiting 20 minutes over the estimated time on the mobile app. There are a few tables to hang around. However, the entrance is quite small, so you may need to walk around to find it. Overall drinks are as usual.

Stopped by for a coffee and free pineapple passionfruit refresher.We ordered a Frappuccino Carmel ribbon crunch and received a Refresher beverage free.I ordered the pineapple passionfruit refresher and it was not to my taste. The Carmel ribbon cruncher taste like a delicious candy bar. They also have a variety of coffees and pastries , breakfast sandwiches .The service was friendly and courteous. We had our drinks in no time.The structure is small compared to others . They have tables inside and outside.Plenty of parking with the handicap stalls at the front entrance.Sorry this location does not have a dive thru.

My friend and I ordered 3 americano at this Starbucks location about 20 minutes ago, and only to find out the hot americano I got is just plain hot water, seriously disappointment

We stopped by for a coffee and a free drink. I am always looking for a good deal. We ordered the frappuccino caramel ribbon crunch which in turn came with free pineapple, passionfuit Refresher.That Carmel ribbon crunch taste like a candy bar.Very delicious but as for the refresher it was not to my liking.I love everything pineapple this just didn't hit the mark. The service was friendly and courteous.In no time we had our drinks. This establishment is kinda small, few tables inside and out compared to others.The parking lot is big with the handicap stalls right at the front entrance.

So disappointed… paying $5.25 for a venti drink. Barista mixed milk and matcha powder with a lot of foam. When the foam disappeared, this was how much I got.. doesn’t worth it.
As far as my memory can stretch, I have been to at least a hundred of these different Starbucks locations and this, on Colima Road, Rowland Heights store, coffee tasted the best. Deep, smooth, dense coffee flavor. The volume in the cup? Generously full. Do try this store. No regrets.

Went to get coffee yesterday and I ask for a hot espresso. I got my drink in cold espresso and told the guy who makes coffee and he took it back. I was in a hurry so once he hand back my order, I left. When I'm back in my work place and I'm really upset of what I got; a cold drink without ice.
