Ordinary subway. Wait time was reasonable and the food was great. The interior is lacking the style of being more modern and trash was seen on tables and on the floor.
This subway location is okay but if you place a to go the interior does not really make a huge difference.

I went at 8:00 am because that is the time they open the place and the person who works there arrived at 8:20 am, I entered the place and he told me that it is not ready yet, what irresponsibility of the people

Their hours state open until nine, we placed an order on a Saturday to be picked up just before and when we pulled up at 8:45 pm they were closed, lights off and everything. However we were given a notification that they prepared our food and it was ready. Thats just not acceptable. Based on other reviews issues with their hours and being present for them is not uncommon.

This is a place that I frequent a lot, but the girl who served me at night has no charisma, she served me reluctantly and with a bad face. It's a shame they should hire people with more human quality.

I ate the 1 ft long (The Boss) and it was so yummy and good.
Kid-friendliness: If you're kids eat sandwiches this place serves them all.
Not consistent the employees close at least 10 minutes early just because. Utensils are not washed.

Ordered an Italian BMT on the Italian bread. The meats, veggies etc. were fine, but the bread was completely stale and crumbly. Will take my Subway business to Hacienda Heights or Covina in the future. If you are in Rowland Heights, go across the street To Casa Alvarez instead of Subway.
