Went 1 hour before closing, and they said they're only doing to go which doesn't make sense because they don't even close until 10. They also said they ran out of ice, but I'm pretty sure they just said that so they didn't wanna serve anybody. If the time says at 10 it's closing why are you saying no to customers 50 to 30 minutes before closing?

sadly the service is so terrible.... there was no one at the cash register.. we waited over 20 mins! finally elderly Korean women came out from the back.
she looked upset that's there re a few customers waiting for her. she said cash only no credit card today. Seriously this could have been a disaster if I don't have cash in hand. it turned out the old lady only speak Korean... she couldn't say more words than cash only. after saw her prepared it behind the counter with bare hands no gloves 😕 i hesitate at this point. i wanted receipt and she said no recipt. my kids love binsoo but said their condense milk was watery. it didn't taste anything like it. i won't be back because service was bad and cash only is a little inconvenience.

Tried the strawberry shaved ice and it was okay. The shaved ice had little flavors, without the condense milk, it tasted bland. However, the shop was packed so it is really popular! I see others ordering the black sesame bingsoo, Maybe I should give it one more try next time with a different Bingsoo!

Place is a little hard to drive into, but had huge parking lot. The desert was made so well and tasted great. Was very thirst quenching and cold. Want to go back there soon __ Added: parking on Saturday afternoon was like hell :(

Don’t let the pictures fool you this taste like just ice with stuff on top not sweet or creamy at all Just a bunch of ice I could get a cup full of it for a dollar at the gas station
Shared a strawberry shaved ice with a friend, and the taste was subpar. The mochi on top was not even real mochi. It was cubes of tasteless dough. And the shaved ice part also was plain, nothing special about the flavor. Very disappointing.

The bingsoo was delicious! The service was good and the ambience is a little whatever since it is small. Overall I’d come back again especially with friends. I would recommend trying the strawberry cheese bingsoo. The texture of the cream cheese cubes and the fluffy shaved ice pair well together added with the condensed milk and strawberry glaze.
