This review is based on the service. It was Wednesday night and the line was out the door. It took 10 minutes to order and 40 minutes to receive my 2 cups of tea. Management is horrible. They had this poor girl working the register by herself and calling numbers for the drinks. 1 guy in the back making the tea. It was under staffed.

Very cute place for a drink and a stop! Very lovely choices of drinks. You can tell them how much ice you want, how sweet your drink is. Fresh and carefully prepared. I liked my lychee tea!

Went in on a Sunday around 4:30. Drinks took weirdly long to make with how slow the business was. First, I got a Thai Tea light ice with boba. The drink was so bland and watered down. On too of that, the boba had no taste. I decided to give another drink a try. I got a Jasmine Green Tea with boba and lychee light ice, and extra sweet. The drink not only had the issues of the Thai Tea, but was bitter than the regular sweetness Thai Tea. How is that even possible. Cool place to vibe but dont get the drinks

So... I'm not sure if they allow double the amount of boba, but Chowbus lets us order double the amount so I did that, but I only ordered that for one of the drinks I got and I ended up getting like a third of the amount of boba compared to the other two drinks I got. So I ended up paying for boba twice but didn't even get a decent amount.

What shocked me the most was that a fat woman was actually running around the store. She might be their boss, but the store clerk didn't stop her. Oh my God, it was disturbing the customers! Talking about drinks, the brown sugar pearl milk tea is recommended to be renamed as brown sugar sauce milk tea, and your white peach oolong has a rancid taste, and there is even tea dirt in it!

I got two bobas. The original one I wanted came with boba and when I asked them to leave it out as I couldn’t digest tapioca pearls well, they said no. Which was fine on its own but the cashier looked me up and down when I asked and sneered, answering while looking at me as if I was dumb. Since I couldn’t get what I wanted, I asked for a regular milk tea. She proceeded to stare at me and ask which flavor so I just chose any random one I saw. After everything I said she just kept saying is that all? Is that all? As if she didn’t want to get my order at all. I finally got my milk tea and my sister got some strawberry yogurt drink. The milk tea just tasted like watered down milk with ice. There was no tea flavor or sweetness at all. Just bland all the way. The strawberry yogurt shake drink was just strawberry syrup and ice. Not even mixed together and did not taste like yogurt at all. Overall such a bad experience. Won’t ever be coming again.

I went to get the Jujutsu Kaisen drinks, and I really loved Gojo and Geto drinks!! I also got Riko, but since it was just milk tea, I did not love it since I am not a really big fan of milk tea. Anyway everything else was great!

Absolute favorite boba spot! Great service and it’s always so clean. My fav is the Brown Sugar Deerioca Crème brûlée with Taro! They use real taro!
