“HI, I have to be honest. I was trying to find a way to contact Flappy Jacks as I have a proposition I think would be perfect for Flappy Jacks I have what is probably a bit of an unusual idea. Or maybe just a good idea. I know it is an unusual way to contact you but there was no email address. So I hope this works. I am from Columbia Missouri and I am visiting my Son, Grand Kids, and family there, just a few blocks to the East of Tustin. I am a musician, part time, and I like to street busk (play music on the streets) for grins. I noticed your nostalgic decor and your Elvis statues and the mural featuring the St Louis Arch, which is in Missouri on the Mississippi, of course, where I am from, and the 1930s, 40s and 50s nostalgia, and I wondered if you ever considered, or entertained the notion of having a little nostalgic live music, every now and then, perhaps even if only just once as an experiment. I just happen to play that old classic blues from that era, mostly, at least in this capacity, as Mr. Fletcher's One Man Blues Band. And I thought we might make a pretty good match up. As I said, at least, as an experiment. You can check me out at Facebook "Keith Fletcher, musician." Though most of that music is from my original music shows, and not my one man blues sets. I noticed you had a nice patio area where I could play outside and it might be a nice treat for your customers to have a bit of entertainment, just for a change of pace. They might really appreciate it since they obviously like your atmosphere. I don't play loud music. Unless folks want that, but I prefer to play soft. Or at least in situations like this. I've been the house band for BBQ joints and restaurants on several occasions. So I am familiar with the proper decorum. Mostly I was just looking for a little music adventure in CA within a walking distance of my Son's house, where I could carry a very tiny amp about the size of a cracker box, and my guitar to a gig. I thought maybe about just doing a street gig but saw your venue and something seemed to click. I hope you think so too. I estimate you are about a mile walking distance from his house and I only need an electrical plug. And probably some cool beverages. Like I said, I'm mostly in it for a small musical adventure, and so will play for tips, though, maybe you can pay me with free cold beverages, especially if it is hot, and maybe a sandwich or meal depending on how long I am there. It all looks delicious to me. If you find you'd like to host me again, and want me back, that might be possible over the week, and I may be back for the Christmas holiday. I might even be able to talk my Son into bringing the kids and family. Could be a total bust, or could be a very nice thing, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. Who knows? If it worked out well enough for both of us, you might even want to do it again sometime, Maybe even offer some kind of fee next time, if there is a next time. Life is an adventure. You / we, might stumble onto something good. If you would like to give it a whirl, what day and time would you think is good to catch a crowd? “I had a tooth that was giving me the worst pain over the weekend. I called on Monday early afternoon and was able to be seen the same day. Crystal the dental assistant was great! She told me Dr. Ramirez would make sure I didn’t feel any pain. I ended up having to have 2 teeth extracted and with no pain at all. I have a new Dental office! Great job ladies 😁“

“The food is bomb. The Mac n chicken is super good and so are the sandwiches. I wish they had a Louisiana hot chicken option as it would be better, but it's still pretty good. They've got really good Mac, but could use sharper cheese for more of a kick. Also, the drinks aren't all that bad.

P.S. We compete in the JDM game so come to me for cars, maintenance, and service, but go to them for food because I only cook for my kids lol.“

It was our first time here with friends and family for breakfast, I must say enjoyed our meals which ranged from pancakes, waffles, musubi, sausages, bacon, wow! Delicious!

It is a different set up, than any other restaurant we've been to, you go up to the counter, place your order and then you find a seat. Similar to a fast food restaurants when ordering. Other restaurants we've been to gas a hostess to greet you, take the amount of people in your party then shows you to your seats. 😋“

“Jack's is a step above Norms and 5 steps above house of pancakes. I enjoy their menu which I've had about 5 times and each time I order something different. Service is always friendly, quick and the food is very decent. My son didn't like his steak which probably was frozen cause he said it was a bit Gray in the middle..and He said the consistency was more like a chicken fried steak... I've had that before and had no problem but other than that everything else was good.“
