Expired hot fudge. We purchased 6 cups and had to throw it out. The service was also horrible as well, as they did nothing to address the situation even for future customers unfortunately. I’m still a fan of Yogurtland but definitely not this location. Even the yogurt was poor quality and taste compared to other locations.

Always ran out of giant spoon whenever I visited. Always. Just showing off the giant spoons behind the cashier's desk, but those are not for the customers. No giant spoons for customers always. Very Sad.

Stay away from this place. Overpriced and unsanitary place. There is also a rude asian cashier / manager who wont provide sample cups. The yogurt is WAYYY OVERPRICED. Paid only $40 for our yogurt at our usual yogurtland. Here we were charged $92 dollars. She won't even provide the receipt when we asked for it. Wont go back to this place. Should have gone to buffet instead with ice cream. Could have gotten kbbq plus ice cream with that $92 dollars.

This yogurtland is very expensive. They charge you double the price. And the owner is so rude. They don't give military discounts too. They don't open the restroom for some reasons. They handed you the cup and get the spoon after you pay. I might go to Legoland instead.

No more samples here. Just have to guess the flavor and buy.

Wanted to make buyers aware of a couple of things that are different at this Yogurtland location: 1. they do not offer any samples and if you take a small lick of your cup after dispensing the yogurt, they will rudely say something to you about it "Do not eat until after you pay." 2. It is VERY expensive. For these two reasons, I will not return.

It is clear the owner of this location is exceptionally cheap: no samples, they manage the cup hand out (you tell them how many people and they give you the cup, otherwise you can't walk up and grab your own cup and start dispensing). They weigh your yogurt, let you know how much it is (for us it was $25 for 3) and only after your transaction has cleared do they hand you the spoons. Service is everything. You can get froyo or ice cream at lots of places. It's a shame the owner does not have this business sense and will continue to lose customers are a result of short-sided thinking.

I don't understand why they're doing business. It's hot because the ice cream shop doesn't turn the air conditioner, and they can't use the bathroom, get rid of drinking water, have to buy a water bottle, and if it's a waste of money for the service, I hope you don't just do business.

This Yogurtland is more expensive than any other. Top it off they don’t give sample cups and have to hand you the bowls! And for a fact I was charged different on my account from what I was told. Will never come back!

Desperate for a treat after a long and tiring last few days, this Yogurtland fell short of expectations in a few ways. Upon walking in, I was asked immediately how many people-- little confusing, but what it means is that the employee will hand you the appropriate cup(s). I asked for a small sample cup to try their new limited edition flavour, but was denied. The flavour is matcha strawberry, both at the end of the spectrum: earthy and bitter v. sweet. She told me it tastes just like the two, but on the sweet side. I asked if it had a bitter element, which is what I wanted to taste.. decided to give it a try, along with another flavour with a few pieces of fruit on top. The topping selection is nice and appropriate for the demographic: lychee, jackfruit and so on. When I got to the cashier I casually cursed out of disbelief when she told me it's over $10. The price per ounce here is higher than other Yogurtland franchises. She was polite but not personable. With the weird rules and high price I won't return.

What could be better than self serve. Nothing. My favorite froyo (do people still call it that). Refreshing place to come by yourself or with family and friends even a date and enjoy some delicious healthy yogurt. Variety of toppings to choose from and everything is always clean. Very sanitary.Bunch of flavors to choose from. My favorite is the plain original tart heck all the flavors are great. Something for everybody. Can't go wrong with froyo.

The young lady greeting you was very friendly. Having her give us the bowls instead of having them out was not a big deal. Lots of toppings. And I mean lots! Machines were all working & they offered many flavors . Thank you. ?
