Very good rice and yogurt. The cultures in the yogurt were alive, and the starch in the rice was fresh. I would 100% come back to this establishment. It was extremely delicious, words can’t simply describe the myriad of flavors my taste buds experienced.
Never mind they lied to me about a free fruit tea for a review. I can’t believe this, I’m mad.

We got off-vibes from the beginning. There was no one at the counter or behind the counter to ask questions. We ordered through the iPad and eventually a gentleman came out from the kitchen and started making our orders. There’s a glitch in the ordering app on the iPad where there’s no limitations to how much you can add/remove sweetness but that’s the least of our concerns - Just thought it was funny we could order something negative 12x sweet.

Don’t want to be overly dramatic so in short, there was NO LA County Health Inspection grade posted. We had to look it up online because the other 3 facilities next door had “A’s” posted on the front window in plain sight. Just didn’t want to pick the dud in the “C” of A’s. Needless to say, we did.

Last grade issued 2/2024 - C (score: 76). Major violations/ deductions were from having improper clean/ sanitary surfaces, food temperatures, and hand washing stations. All three of these factors are essential in “homemade” yogurt. There was a re-inspection 4/2024 but the report is still pending upload. The 2022 inspection… well I don’t want to “soil” it. You can look it up through the LA County department of public health - inspections; type in “Yomie’s”.

I’m waving their “C-rated” health inspection card issued by the DPH, that they should have posted in plain site for patrons to acknowledge. Health ratings can improve, they just haven’t since 2022.

My friends & I came to Yomie after our lunch, and it was so worth it!! I’ve tried their rice yogurt drinks before, and they were creamy and tangy. I just tried their passion fruit green tea, & YUM~ There’s definitely less of a tea taste, but I love the sweetness to it ◡̈.

Got the drinks here and it was really refreshing. Perfect for dessert after some hot soup for lunch! Would definitely recommend if you are in the RH area for a quick snack!
