Got xl bowl with two portion of meats, gave me 5 pieces of meat then the rest are all onions. Rice was also very little, didnt even fill up half the plate. For some reason beef was hard to chew on.

Went in the drive thru around 11pm the cashier was amazing told me what he liked from there and gave me his input on what I should order. Definitely the best to go eat after work.

Where’s the Cashier? Came in… looked like the front cashier decided to take her break right as me and my partner came in. Drive-Thru cashier was super busy. One or two cooks in the back. And a Manager giving a review or interview in the dining room. Not one person said hello, welcome or please give us a moment. (3-4 minute wait) I asked the cook in the back if anyone would be helping. She said that the Drive-Thru cashier had one more person in line and then would get to us. Then silence again… (3 minutes) Drive-Thru cashier finally came over to help us. (Very nice and apologized for the wait) Only person that cared it seemed.Even if you’re a cook or a manager giving an interview, you’re still working on the same team & it only takes a second to greet a customer and politely ask for their patience.Over the years have had several issues like this. Usually it’s okay, but it seems like this is one of the only locations that seem to be having these kinds of things going on. Once I came in to a full-blown fight between the employees. Other time the beef was well under- cooked. Seems the Management is struggling to Manage or just poor training. Wish they would run their business with a bit more pride. Really sad when a business with a prime location in the right market is struggling to become great due to these types of shortcomings. Hope you manage to get it back on track, otherwise will just come less often or choose other locations. Best wishes to you and the team! ?
Waited 15 mins in the drive thru even tho no one was in front of me. I get to the window and woman recites the wrong order and then didn't even know my order.. I had to reorder at the window and wait longer.. was here Feb 18th at 2pm.

The customer service was okay, the inside had a very strong odor like a sewerage so I placed my food order to go. The food was okay the gyoza needed the sauce to taste good without it it wasn't good. The chicken also didn't taste that good. I did enjoy the carrots but there wasn't even a lot of them. Unfortunately this wasn't a good experience at all.

Rude customer service! Some girl named Jaky is the worst it's not the first time dealing with her either. She takes her sweet time to open drive thru window if you need something besides your order. She will literally stand there and roll her eyes until she feels like opening the window then proceeds to get snappy and disrespectful when you ask for something or say something is wrong with your order. This is not okay I'm paying for my food at the end of the day and I should get decent service.

I ordered my food paid with my credit card. They overcharged me and refused to credit back my card. They ask me if I wanted to drink instead. The drink was a lot less than my overcharge. I left there overpaying for my food and my money gone. I'm a senior citizen and I feel like I've been taking advantage of. I do not recommend this place.

The soda cost a lot less than what they overcharge me on my card so I left there disgruntled and my money gone. I am a senior citizen that has been taken advantage of. I went to buy an XL combo bowl after 11 o'clock in the evening. Apart from rice, I really didn't get much else. I felt like I bought an ordinary double takeout. Did I feel like I spent three yuan more to buy extra rice? Moreover, the service attitude of the guy who works at night is very poor, as if someone owes him money. I will never come back to this restaurant again.
