The juice of the dish is thick and becomes even juicier with the addition of sweet potato skins and thousand-leaf tofu. The frog meat is tender and has a chicken-like flavor. Two recommended flavors are Basil and Spicy & Sour. The Basil flavor is a favorite, but it can be quite salty, so it's advised to request less salt. The Spicy & Sour flavor improves as it simmers.
