I always enjoyed this restaurant — but tonight’s experience was deeply disappointing. The racial mistreatment of guests I witnessed was unacceptable. What made it worse was that the manager seemed more focused on managing the situation than truly caring about the guests’ experience or addressing how wrong it was. I expected empathy, accountability, and leadership, but instead it felt dismissive and transactional. Heartbreaking to see a place I’ve supported for so long handle something like this so poorly
