We admittedly didn’t do much research before visiting this winery, but we were so pleasantly surprised. David was an incredible host... genuine, knowledgeable, and not the least bit pretentious. This ended up being the most personal of all the winery experiences we had. The grounds are beautiful, the wine is amazing, and the overall atmosphere made it truly memorable. We’ll absolutely return on our next visit and will be recommending this winery to friends and family.

We had the best time! David was very knowledgeable of not only the vineyard’s history but of wine in general. The owner, Garen, was incredibly friendly and chatted with us while he tended to his personal garden. Definitely want to go back to visit again!

A must-visit in Napa Valley! David was warm, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. We loved learning about the Staglin family, the history of the land, and winemaking nuances. It was equally nice meeting Shari and Garen who are doing such important work with One Mind. Thank you, David so much for a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed a fantastic afternoon at Staglin! Definitely recommend reservations in advance as they only seat six private tastings per day. We brought our toddler and it was no problem. Geordy was extremely personable and struck a great balance between keeping the tasting casual / comfortable to ask anything while dishing out a ton of knowledge on the vineyard and Napa generally. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and it’s easy to see why this was a perfect location for all the vineyard scenes in Disney’s ‘The Parent Trap.’ We even bumped into the owners, Shari and Garen, while touring the wine caves and they could not have been more gracious. We look forward to coming back!

Very Nice quaint place

I've been to Staglin three times and it is truly one of the special properties and families in Napa Valley. Everything there is top notch, including of course the wines. They have a lot on their plate and a small team, so plan your visit there as far in advance as possible!

Exceptional experience! Staglin Family Winery in Napa exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped onto the picturesque estate, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by David. The wines were nothing short of spectacular, each sip a journey through the region's terroir and the family's dedication to quality. The tasting room ambiance was inviting, especially with how knowledgeable David was as he guided us through the tasting with grace and expertise. The attention to detail in every aspect of our visit, from the immaculate grounds to the elegant presentation of each pour, truly showcased the Staglin family's commitment to excellence. A must-visit for any wine enthusiast seeking an unforgettable Napa Valley experience. Five stars without hesitation! Thank you, and we will be back!! Cannot wait for our wine to arrive at our NY home (:

Incredible winery. Artie is the ultimate host and has an impressive knowledge of both winemaking and the Staglin vineyard. If you want an introduction to truly top tier wine, do what you can to stop here!

Prolific quality! I discovered Staglin at a ski outing in Telluride Co in 2001 and have never looked back. You have been with me on tops of mountains and at sea level, celebrating century rides. Your Cabernets are outstanding plus you are good peeps as well. Thank you!
