I've been to Staglin three times and it is truly one of the special properties and families in Napa Valley. Everything there is top notch, including of course the wines. They have a lot on their plate and a small team, so plan your visit there as far in advance as possible!

Exceptional experience! Staglin Family Winery in Napa exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped onto the picturesque estate, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by David. The wines were nothing short of spectacular, each sip a journey through the region's terroir and the family's dedication to quality. The tasting room ambiance was inviting, especially with how knowledgeable David was as he guided us through the tasting with grace and expertise. The attention to detail in every aspect of our visit, from the immaculate grounds to the elegant presentation of each pour, truly showcased the Staglin family's commitment to excellence. A must-visit for any wine enthusiast seeking an unforgettable Napa Valley experience. Five stars without hesitation! Thank you, and we will be back!! Cannot wait for our wine to arrive at our NY home (:

Incredible winery. Artie is the ultimate host and has an impressive knowledge of both winemaking and the Staglin vineyard. If you want an introduction to truly top tier wine, do what you can to stop here!

An absolutely top-tier vineyard/experience. Jaime was an amazing host that provided us with unique insights on the wine/property and families philanthropic endeavors. A truly amazing variety of wines and people with an even better purpose.

Prolific quality! I discovered Staglin at a ski outing in Telluride Co in 2001 and have never looked back. You have been with me on tops of mountains and at sea level, celebrating century rides. Your Cabernets are outstanding plus you are good peeps as well. Thank you!

This was the highlight of our trip to Napa. It’s a prestigious Vineyard which produces high quality wine. We had a tour by Jamie who was friendly, knowledgable and super helpful. They don’t do many tours so it can be challenging to get in, therefore I’d advise booking well in advance. We had a wine tasting at the end of the tour.

Very rare luxury supper! If you ever have the opportunity to do a Staglin wine diner I recommend you grab with both hands, if that diner happens to be at the Esperanza in Cabo you should rearrange everything in your diary to be there! Incredible food, amazing wine and one of the finest settings you could hope for, special shout out for Amber (Staglin) and Cristian (Esperanza som) both true experts with a love and passion for wine and food! Can’t rate the evening highly enough!!

I had first met Amber at an international wine exhibition. We had exchanged business cards and established a mutual relationship to which she invited me to visit the winery. I reached out to Amber to accept her offer via email to schedule a time to visit the winery. Amber had noted that she would get back to us - she had gone silent.Phone call? Gone silent.Voicemail? Gone silent.Weeks gone by. Gone silent.Email days before to confirm or get an update? Gone silent.Upon visiting, the receptionist invited us to come in as I told him that we had spoken to Amber as he buzzed us through the gate. Upon arriving Amber greeted us and told us that there was no room at all. She noted that their production allowed for a maximum of 10 visitors a day.I can appreciate and respect the exclusivity of the wine and limitations. What I did not understand was at 3:45 PM in the afternoon, the 10 limit had been reached and yet the receptionist invited us in. Because of this false optimism, we were late for another reservation and our plans to end a would be perfect day were completed disrupted.Amber was unresponsive and unreachable for weeks, including day of. Receptionist misled us as we were invite to the property then instantly turned away. Due to these compounding circumstances we were late to another reservation for our misplaced optimism and trust. My goal is for other fellow wine enthusiasts and professionals to be aware of the lack of professionalism and visit at your own expense.
