I love to support a small business but when customer service is so rude it's hard to come back which I will not be doing. Your lines are going to get shorter and shorter. There are too many options these days.. if it continues, good luck on keeping your doors open!

Absolutely flawless Steamed Pork Bao! I ordered two, one for myself and my sister, and we both were disappointed that I didn't order more! The service was speedy and helpful. I am already excited my next visit!

*CASH AND DEBIT CARD ONLY* If you're looking for a place to grab dim sum to go like many of the shops in SF, this is somewhere to check out, pricing is per piece not "set" like other places. No seating to eat your food so be prepared to eat in your car if you're really hungry. Got there at 12:15pm on a Saturday, they had a good flow of customer but no long wait as shown in some of the pictures. I did feel a bit rushed in making selection especially since it was my first time there, but that's just the nature of business so make sure you look at the menu/prices and what's in the windows before you ask to be served. The food was ok for the price BUT I felt like some of the quality was not as great specifically the items with the rice wrap/layer, it was a bit thicker than I'd prefer. Overall it this isn't the same quality you'd find at the shops in SF but it'll do. If you have the time , I'd check out another place down the street , dim dim food

ABC is awesome! Amazing shui mai, huge potstickers, great pork buns of both the baked and steamed variety, egg tarts - you name it. The littles love it as much as we do - especially the jumbo chocolate chip cookies. Word of warning - things sell out early, and the lines can get long (like around the building out the door long). So come prepared to wait, and get there early for the best selection!

Great place to get dim sum if you don't want to deal with the hassle of ordering from a restaurant or eating inside a business. This is more a Togo dim sum spot. Food was decent and price is okay. I've been here twice now and there was a line each time, but it moves pretty quickly. The food is good, but will add up if you're not careful. The desserts are okay. There are other places that do it better. The buns are decent as well. Service is typical of a chinese/asian place, seems unfriendly, but there is no rudeness or intention of it. Place is small though so best he prepared with you're order once you reach the register. I'll stop by when I crave dim sum on the go.

The food was really good (siu mai, shrimp dumplings, curry chicken bun and egg tart) but the service sucked. The woman was so rude. I asked for the first item and she immediately asked "is that it?" After every item she would ask that. She was trying to rush us which is never ok but there wasn't even a line smh.

I always look for a dim sum place when traveling because we don't have any where we live :(My daughter and I came by on a Sunday afternoon and got shrimp dumplings, pork dumplings, and sesame balls, a shrimp ball, egg custard, and a cup cake to go. This is a bakery, not a sit down place.I haven't had the cup cake before so I asked another patron if he had tried it. He said it was similar to angel food cake and I have to agree - it was awesome! And my daughter decided that was her new favorite. It is very busy, but the employees work fast and keep the line moving.I noticed people said that some of them were rude, but I didn't think so. They are just trying to serve the public as quickly as possible and probably don't have a lot of time to explain the food to you. If you don't know what to get, just try some stuff - it's all good! You can also ask people in line about their favorites.

Good food but the workers were rude. Asked for 1 plastic bag since the toasted pork buns I bought was supposed to be for someone. The lady at the front complained that I have a box and don't need a bag. Lady, it's 1 thin bag.

What can I say. This place is Fire ?. It is definitely busy during lunch hour and you will definitely get to experience the loud yelling, fast paste authentic Asian customer service. Overall, the food and pastries here are good. I usually come here for their hot dog buns because you can pretty much feed 2-3 kids with just one piece of it. Prices are decent. Definitely get the steamed bbq pork, it is delicious. I highly recommend this place if ur in town and looking for a place to grab snacks and lunch.
