So I'm sad to post a negative review because I've been here before and my experience was pretty good, but its been pre covid since I've been, and it's gone significantly downhill. Gnocchi was terrible, loaded with bacon fat, and literally no taste other than bacon. Risotto was undercooked and very watery. Sad, because I love a good Risotto. We ordered a salad as an appetizer, only to find out later we all got a side salad. Would have been nice...

The atmosphere was great and the service was fine but The food was just okay it wasn't bad by any means but I had high expectations. I had the Salmon Piccata and it was good particularly the salmon. But my girlfriend got the Chicken Alfredo and the sauce was very lackluster but the chicken was cooked perfectly. We both weren't a fan of the salad or the bread served but All in all we had a great night though.

I recently took the pasta making class as part of an office team-building event, and we had the best time! John led the class and was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions and even quizzed us on Italian trivia while we made tortelloni. Cooking, wine (local Italian wines), and dessert were all included.

Whether you're thinking about taking the class or just eating dinner, I can’t recommend Adamo’s enough....
