I sent my husband and son here to grab poke and musubis for a late dinner. The restaurant doesn’t close until 10:00, yet when they arrived, more than half the items were already put away. The employees refused to make musubis, claiming the restaurant was “about to close.” This is completely unacceptable. If you advertise that you’re open until 10:00, then service should be available until then. We've been loyal customers because of the convenience and usually decent service, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope management sees this and takes action to correct the staff. Closing time should mean when you stop serving customers—not when employees start shutting down early.

They were playing break up country songs the whole time we were there, and they forgot our spam musubi twice, and when we finally got it was clearly prepared incorrectly. I used to like coming here but probably won't come back

I've been here a few times and it's always been great but my last trip has me no longer being a patron. My partner and I got 2 fountain drinks. Both had black things floating in them. I had already drank mine before noticing it. They gave 2 canned drinks each of our choice. Then, as we were eating, my partner found a piece of hair in his rice. They were willing to comp our meals but since we didn't notice it until we were almost done with our food, we decided not to get it comped. They did give my partner a free bottle of tea. The lack of cleanliness has made this place unappetizing.

Closed early and denied meal for friend’s birthday: They would not serve us for for my friend’s birthday. Although we walked in at 9:29pm before the stated 10:00pm closing time, they said that they were closed.
The employee called the manager and the manager denied selling us food, even though all of the food was still out and ready to be served.
It was my friend’s birthday 🥺

Delicious!! Their miso sauce is made in-house from scratch and its amazing…Lots of options, great service. Owner is super sweet; parents own Las Mañanitas right next to it and that is also good (we had that for breakfast a couple days ago and it had pretty much the best horchata I’ve had in my life). Anyway, cool spot!

I have been obsessed with this place for months now their poke is so fresh and so flavorful no other place around has come close they have lots of yummy options everything super customizable and they always sauce everything up like you wouldn’t believe and their lychee lemonade haunts my dreams
