This smaller brewery does not disappoint. The food is amazing, have enjoyed the fish tacos, the pub burger, and just recently their take on the Cuban sandwich (loved it). Whenever I come, I try to have a different beer. And always end my evening with a dessert flight!! Set out on the patio. This lasts last visit and it was a little chilly outside. But they have heater's out there. They just need to add a couple more making it really comfortable, but I highly recommend this establishment.

Sehr nettes Lokal. Gutes leckeres Bier. Essen, Service und Bier waren sehr lecker. Die Brauerei ist direkt im Lokal drin, man kann es gut sehen. Test Bier Varianten gibt es auch.

Great choice for our first night in Monterey. We sat at the bar with no wait at all. The service was excellent, from the host to the bartender. The Seared Tuna Sandwich and Quesa Birria Tacos were delicious with the beer pairings. Recommend the Alvarado Street Brewery for a casual dinner.

I really liked the French Saison draft beer, a refreshing taste with Lager-style crispness and fruit taste. The chips and dip is also nice.

Went for Brunch and the food and drink selection was very good. Our party of 6 was easily able to select food choices and drinks. Food and drinks were very good and service was at well.

Beer isn't as good as the food, service and atmosphere, it's well worth a visit and has a full bar too

One of those nights when I just wanted a burger. Simple. The patty was thin and tasteless. Seemed like it came frozen from Sysco. I liked the pickles but had to take off the onions. I mean, it's not hard to cook a decent burger, but this wasn't it. My partner got a shrimp dish and said it was oversalted.

There are so many great places to eat in Sac. I think Alaro should focus on beer and maybe just go for bar snacks.

The burger and fries came right out and it was top notch. The beer selection was excellent and the wait staff was very friendly and efficient. There's outside seating in front off the street and there's a large, comfortable patio in the back. A full bar with counter seating. Definitely a great place for beer, good food and conversation with friends.

We love this restaurant! The owners are extremely kind and we want to support locally owned businesses. Go check them out!

We had cocktails, house-made chips and dip, Birrata and Pluot salad with Chicken, Fish and Chips, an IPA (best IPA in the world! :-) ) and a soft-serve flight. Cocktails were amazing! We had a Sage the Date and a Perfect Manhattan. Tasty! The better half really enjoyed the salad and the Fish and Chips were perfectly cooked with a crispy batter. The Fish and Chips were served with both a house-made Caper Aioli, sort of a house-made tartar sauce that didn't disappoint, as well as malt-vinegar. Bravo on the malt-vinegar! Some restaurants overlook the importance of having malt vinegar with fish and chips, so I took the opportunity to eat one piece with the Aioli and one with malt vinegar. Yummers. For dessert, the soft-serve flight was simply scrumptious! Highly recommend as good soft-serve seems to be somewhat of a struggle (not impossible for sure) to find in the Sacramento area. The service was outstanding from the moment we walked in to the time that we left. Everyone was friendly, attentive and fun. A+++ Overall a wonderful experience.

The owner is emotionally abusive. Good food + bad ownership!

Alway trying new places. Hands down, one of the best Eggs Benedict. The other dish I ordered which was Hogs on the Rocks was also of good quality. Will definitely go back
