We had cocktails, house-made chips and dip, Birrata and Pluot salad with Chicken, Fish and Chips, an IPA (best IPA in the world! :-) ) and a soft-serve flight. Cocktails were amazing! We had a Sage the Date and a Perfect Manhattan. Tasty! The better half really enjoyed the salad and the Fish and Chips were perfectly cooked with a crispy batter. The Fish and Chips were served with both a house-made Caper Aioli, sort of a house-made tartar sauce that didn't disappoint, as well...
We dined outside and although it was a warm late afternoon the misters kept it very comfortable. I had the cod tacos and my wife ordered the burger. We were both very happy with our meals. The soft serve dessert was delicious! Service was fast and friendly also. We always enjoy our experiences at Alaro.
Tired of finding nothing but IPA’s and hazy IPA’s? Alaro has a variety of other beers they brew. I was especially fond of the Rhapsody (Helles bock) and robust porter, but everything we tried was great.
And the burrata salad with plums and spiced almonds was amazing! We shared three small plates and finished everything off with some amazing cocktails for dessert (try the smoke follows beauty, yum!).
