Went there for the second time food is mediocre with some of the sweet and sour nuggets being burnt. The chow mein had no flavor. Spent $90 fir food that required alot of added sauce to make it no better.

Placed a phone pick up order on a weekend and the order was ready in 10-15 minutes. We ordered their chow mein wonder, eggplant basil, and garlic wonder. Everything was delicious but our favorite had to be the chow mein wonder. It was perfectly seasoned and had a well balanced of beef, vegetables and noodles. We asked to add fried tofu in our eggplant basil and it was very flavorful. The garlic wonder was well seasoned but a bit on the dry side. The slices of tomatoes and cucumbers on the side were a nice touch. Love how everything here is vegan and reasonably priced! Unfortunately we devoured our meal before I could take any pictures. Highly recommend!

It has been years. I will say there has been a GREAT improvement, I went twice in the same week. The food is fresh and flavorful.Service is fast and nice. Very pleasant. I will need to ask if they changed ownership. Love this place. My choice for vegan friendly food.

Customer service is great. I came in at 1, and was greeted with a smile and brought to a seat by the window. Water was on the table as fast as I sat down and got comfortable. Looking over the menuI just couldn't decide what I wanted, so I asked for the most popular dish. #22 BBQ Vermicelli and off he went. Everything on the menu looks good! The food came out and I was in awe at how the *meat/protein looked. It looked just like meat, tasted so amazing. The texture was better than anything I have ever had. The flavors...wow. I was full after eating maybe 1/3 of it. I was thrilled to be taking leftovers with me. *it's been a month since I started my review and I keep thinking about this meal. I tasted so good.

We ordered four different dishes for takeout last night and they filled them to the brim with delicious hot food. This is the best value restaurant in Sacramento in my opinion. It's really hard to find true vegan Asian food with no fish sauce oyster sauce Etc and I love all the variety. The people that run this place are so nice. I've been coming here for over 10 years and I've seen it be three different names and each time the food is so good. I love this place! Have been coming here for at least ten years. I remember when the lunch specials used to be $4.95 :') (Au Lac Veggie) Yesterday we got the cabbage salad (loved it!), wonton soup (good), mixed vegetable and the eggplant with black bean lunch specials. Both were great! Had plenty of food to take home for later! This place is great for leftovers! Had two Thai teas.....oh! And orange nuggets to go. Lots of breading, but good! I'm not complaining :) See you next time! Peace, love and vegan.

Great little vegan place! We had Mongolian delight, Mongolian wonder, and sweet and sour nuggets with vegetable fried rice and fried egg rolls. All was delicious; I highly recommend the eggrolls. The fried rice was exactly what we needed - broccoli, carrots, sliced seitan / soy protein bits, beans, and peas.The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived, but we got there off times. I would like to try their lunch specials!Very kind and helpful staff!Vegetarian options: Menu is entirely vegan!
