If I could give 0 stars I definitely would . I ordered online for pickup a prime rib sandwich because im in the hospital with a cut off time to when i can eat .when I got my sandwich I could tell they put it in the microwave for way to long my bread was hard the meat was barely there and the dipping sauce tasted like they added water to it .when I called I asked to have the meal switched out for something of the same value but was met with a lengthy hold time and less than friendly service or even a little human compassion as I let them know I had a cut off time that I had to eat by nobody cared. The manager kept saying she was busy in the kitchen and never even got one the phone. This is absolutely unacceptable as I spent $20 on a meal I couldn't even eat

I am so disappointed with my visit today!!! I visited with my wife around 6:30pm and my visit started out normal, i got drinks and my order taken and after waiting for about ONE HOUR i had a waitress from nearby tables come over to me and ask how we are doing that our original server didn't feel good and got sent home, i tell her we need a refill and have been waiting a long time for food and she said she would go check on it, after five minutes my original server comes out with tears down her face and im not even sure what is even happening, the other waitress Mia comes to give us the refill and brings the appetizer. After more waiting we finally get our food and the waitress Mia continues to make sure we have everything we need and asks if we needed to talk to the manager about the long wait, i just think its crazy that a manger never offered to come in the first place to ask how are we, why is another employee the one having to tell us that our original server didn't feel okay. Management needs to step up here.

I never leave bad reviews or reviews at all but this experience really bothered us. We came in just wanting to celebrate our brother’s birthday and have a nice time as a family, but Lilliana, our server, made the entire experience uncomfortable. From the moment she came to our table, she had an attitude. She was rolling her eyes, giving us dirty looks, and acting like we were a burden. We weren’t being rude or asking for anything extra. We were polite, respectful, and just trying to enjoy a simple dinner for a special occasion.
What made things worse was when we mentioned to another server that it was our brother’s birthday. Lilliana immediately jumped in and told that server it wasn’t my brothers birthday, even though we were all sitting right there. It felt so disrespectful and unnecessary. We were honestly confused why she would say something like that out loud and in front of us. Thankfully the other server didn’t listen to her and was actually kind and understanding, but it still made things really awkward. It felt like Lilliana was trying to ruin the moment on purpose.
On top of all that, Lilliana was training a new girl that night, and the new employee was way more polite and professional than Lillian herself. The trainee smiled, was attentive, and actually made us feel welcome, which is exactly what we were hoping for. It’s honestly sad that the person learning the job had a better attitude than the person supposed to be setting the example.
We left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. What should have been a happy and simple birthday dinner ended up being tense and frustrating because of how we were treated.

They always forget half of my food items, then when I calmly call them to simply notify and ask how to fix it them they hang up. The managers are rude and don't care about customers. It sucks because I like Apple Bee's as a franchise. This one doesn't care about your orders and is under staffed. Im done ordering here. They forget my sauces and my entire side. I've tried calling ahead manually through doordash after placing an order to gently remind them, and 50% of the time it falls through regardless of my efforts.
And it's not my delivery fellas fault. It's them.

Delicious food aside, this location is bombing hard, mostly due to the terrible service. Wait staff is friendly enough, ONCE they decide to acknowledge your existence. It shouldn't take 20-30 mins to get water at our table after sitting down. We took our food to-go because there's no way we were going to force ourselves to endure more of that terrible service.
The staff acted like they were not too interested in having us there.was told to wait for waiter to clear table about 3 minutes. After 10 minutes we asked if we were getting a table were told short staffed and it would be a little while. There were plenty of staff standing around ....we left

Wear rain gear. Went to dinner and the food I order didn't look good compared to previous orders. The shrimp was pale with no spices. The wife ordered a salad with extra dressing. The waitress brought our order and dropped the salad dressing splashing it all over my leg and arm. She apologized but I had a mess to clean up. I told the Manager about it and she just laughed. They could of compensated us at least. Nothing so no tip. Won't go back. Took a long time to get drinks and appetizers..
