I've been to this Arby’s location on Arden a number of times, both on my lunch break and weekends with friends, and for the most part, I love it. The location is super convenient, and the drive-thru is fast - rarely any long wait, which is always a plus when you’re on the go.
The sandwiches are really what make this place stand out. If they’re cooked right, they’re absolutely amazing. I mean, Arby’s is known for its classic roast beef, but this location offers a solid variety of sandwiches that go beyond the basics. The Rueben is one of my personal favorites - it’s stacked with meat and they always give you the sauces you ask for, which I really appreciate.
However, the only reason I’m giving this review 4 stars instead of 5 is due to some inconsistencies with the quality. One of my go-to orders is the classic roast beef, and when it’s fresh and hot, it’s perfect. But occasionally, it’s a little off - sometimes the beef can be overly salty, and it almost tastes like it’s been sitting out for a bit too long. That’s a bit disappointing, especially when you’re craving that perfect sandwich.
All in all, this is still a great spot, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Just hoping they tighten up quality control a bit more so I can count on that consistent, delicious experience every time. Still highly recommended!

The Crispy Bacon Swiss could have been great but the bacon was hard as plastic, the chicken was hard over cooked as well and the only sauce I found was in the wrapper, not the bun. My son had never been before and said his classic beef was delicious. The lemonade was good, plenty.of ice on an extremely hot day. The curly fries were hot and nearly all were perfect spirals. I feel we were overcharged for our order, no receipt given.

When I want roast beef and tasty fries, Arby's is my go to. Try the desserts too, the caramel cookies are also delicious.
Went through the drive-thru with no one else in front of us n the dining room was pretty much empty as well but it took 15 minutes to order 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks pay n get our sm order which when we got it the sandwiches were not hot I love Arby's and only get there 2x a year or so wish it could've been better last 2x I've been I got poor service and cold food with lengthy wait times to receive my order for 2 people Went through the drive-thru both times in arden location n elk Grove
