This place is a joke! I ordered a double cheeseburger and a sandwich and this is what I got. The cheeseburger was raw, and I didn’t notice it until after consuming two bites of it. Part of the bun was missing on the bottom of the sandwich and it was skimpy, dry and didn’t look anything like the picture. Very sloppy Work. I would hate to see what their kitchen looks like if this is what their food looks like. I had stomach cramps and severe diarrhea for two days following this. Never eating here again.

I have had better French Dip sandwiches from other ARBY'S... this one, went light on Roast Beef! Still my FAVORITE FRENCH DIP... I hope they get with the program and step it up

Food was awful. Ordered the Steak Nuggets( dry, burnt tasting and not proportional in size) also ordered 4 of the potato cakes, tasted like dirty grease, also smelled very greasy. Ordered the white cheddar Mac and chesse...so salty I couldn't eat it. Finally ordered Jamocha shake, that was just ok. Sad to see the quality so bad.

I forgot that I could leave a review otherwise I would have left one weeks ago. I had placed an order on line on July 7. I picked up my order and when I got home found out it wasn't my order, it was someone else's. I called and talked to male employee and explained that I had got someone else's order. He took all my information and told me I could come and get what I had actually ordered another day.
So on the 10th I went in and explained to a female employee the whole story. She wasn't very helpful, then another female jumped in (I think she was there on her day off) and was being very rude to me and wasn't being very professional and basically calling me a liar. I said I wanted to speak to the manager. She said she wasn't in and didn't know when she'll be back. So basically they were all getting in on this and treated me like I was a liar and not very professional. All this because I got the wrong order.
I've read other reviews and and a lot of them sound similar to mine with rude employees. I would never go back to this particular restaurant again and advise others to go elsewhere to eat

Two ladies were working here. And none of them had the manners how to talk to a customer.I waited for 10 minutes for my online order but neither of them responded for 10 minutes.Both of them looked like Indians.I had already guessed it. They will not respond to me.After 10 minutes he replied that go away from here and wait. You should keep good employees at your place instead of these rude and unprofessional employees.Both the ladies think that this is India but this is America and you should give respect when someone at front desk
