I forgot that I could leave a review otherwise I would have left one weeks ago. I had placed an order on line on July 7. I picked up my order and when I got home found out it wasn't my order, it was someone else's. I called and talked to male employee and explained that I had got someone else's order. He took all my information and told me I could come and get what I had actually ordered another day.
So on the 10th I went in and explained to a female employee the whole story. She wasn't very helpful, then another female jumped in (I think she was there on her day off) and was being very rude to me and wasn't being very professional and basically calling me a liar. I said I wanted to speak to the manager. She said she wasn't in and didn't know when she'll be back. So basically they were all getting in on this and treated me like I was a liar and not very professional. All this because I got the wrong order.
I've read other reviews and and a lot of them sound similar to mine with rude employees. I would never go back to this particular restaurant again and advise others to go elsewhere to eat

Two ladies were working here. And none of them had the manners how to talk to a customer.I waited for 10 minutes for my online order but neither of them responded for 10 minutes.Both of them looked like Indians.I had already guessed it. They will not respond to me.After 10 minutes he replied that go away from here and wait. You should keep good employees at your place instead of these rude and unprofessional employees.Both the ladies think that this is India but this is America and you should give respect when someone at front desk

I have tried this place on multiple occasion, but they obviously do not care about the food quality. In the past things were not heated up correctly or they skimpy on the fries. Today my pita was stale and so chewy that I had to pull everything out. The soda mix is also off. The one good thing, at least service is ok, but the food really should be at least up to other chain fast food standards, and that is not that high of a bar.

Came to order the new pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. Was told at the drive-through that they only had the sweet sauce and were out of the spicy... ok, that's fine. Whatever, we were fine with the sweet bbq sauce. Got our order, well actually, the lady kind of tossed our bag at us, and as we're driving away, we noticed no f-ing sauce in the bag, and the fries were cold and stale. Turn around to get sauce because these sandwiches are dry without anything and was told inside they only had 1 packet left. One packet?? Who's doing the ordering for this place?? All you see is commercials about these new sandwiches, and you don't even have what you need! This Arby's was a disappointment. The one in Antelope is so much better

They never pick up their phone when trying to place an order.
No ice in the refill station even after I mentioned it twice. Cleaning supplies were on the floor at many locations make it dangerous to walk.

Served out a RaW burger (yes I posted a Photo). Submitted a claim via the Arby's App where I placed the pick up order with photo and no one even bothered to get back to me. Unacceptable, these people are going to make someone very sick.

Wanna know what’s worse than Arby’s Beef ‘n Cheddar? The regret after eating one. The beef tastes like it’s been under a heat lamp for years, the cheese is a weird, gloopy mess, and the bun is a squished sponge of sadness. One bite in, and I knew I’d made a mistake.

Absolutely horrible customer service by the manager. Very argumentative when I brought in a coupon for a free sandwich that was sent from Arby’s Corporate, from a previous negative experience. Wasting 15 minutes of my lunch break and telling me I should be eating somewhere else. Wanting my information, name and phone number to verify with their corporate before they allow me to order. This tops the list of the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant to date. If you value your money, time, and you’re looking for an easy dining experience, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Food takes forever was cold lady doesn’t even understand you and food not appetizing
I ordered Arby's from Arden way yesterday and it was so good I ordered it from this store because of my location and it was BAD. Ordered a French dip and they charged extra to add the au jus but then didn't give it to me. I ordered a Dr pepper and they gave me diet Dr pepper. I asked for Arby's sauce and horsey sauce and they gave me ketchup and berry sauce. The roll on both ends was hard as a rock. I mean how many things can you get wrong on one small order of food? Not going there again. Owners need to do something about this store. It can't be performing well.

I visited this location to grab some food and ended up waiting over 20 minutes. A Caucasian employee named James, as indicated on his shirt, informed me in the lobby that he could cancel my order to avoid further waiting or I could simply wait for my food. His attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful, and there was no line in the lobby at all! If I could rate this place a zero, I would. It clearly needs new staff and better management. My experience was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. We shouldn’t support a business with such a mentality!
