I came to the store between 9:10 and 9:20 on December 13th to pick up an online order for a gig company the cashier in the front looked out the window and seen that I was black and lied and said that they did not have the order in your system and first I tried to play stupid as if the order was in front of them and I wasn't saying the name right asking for the last name of a order that never has last names this is the second time I had a racist incident at Arby's and I just want to warn people not to eat here because they do not like African-Americans and I would definitely would not trust the food here and Arby's management needs to train their employees not to be racist especially the employees were not from this country, also I want to add that do not order food here from a company that delivers food because either you might have a black name or your driver might be black and they might tamper with your order or do something disrespectful because they're racist. Racist people have no place in this country and if you don't like culture you need to go back to your country where everyone is the same color

avoid this arbys at all cost they prices is way too high they chargin 10.99 PLUS TAX for a half a foot long cheesesteak sandwich smh ,was looking forward to trying it but ill pass ,dude charged me 6 dollars only for the lady to come and try to charge me 10 dollars for a sandwich ,will never come back here

I was already hesitant to go to Arby's but I was like let me give them a chance. I went through the drive thru and got 2 roast beef sliders and a 4pc mozzarella sticks order. Got my food fairly quicker and my bag felt warm so I thought I was good. Before leaving the parking lot I tried a mozzarella stick and it was barely warm. So I called the restaurant to let them know I was coming back in since they were cold. So I went in and let the drive thru lady know I was the one who called and she said rudely that she did make them fresh. I showed her the hard ass mozzarella stick and broke them in half to show how they weren't even cooked all the way. She snatched the bag and threw it away and proceeded to put a new order into fry. Not even 2 mins after dropping them into the oil they were already pulling them out the oil. Another lady gave me the bag, and literally RIGHT OUT OF THE OIL I broke the mozzarella stick in half and YET ANOTHER order of FROZEN mozzarella sticks. I said see look at this, you guys are charging full price for reheated food yall can't even cook correctly. She looked at me like I was lying! I said feel it she reluctantly felt it and just walked off and told the original lady who helped me I was essentially complaining again. She came around and told me to stop yelling while I was just talking. I said maybe you guys should actually cook the food you're selling people at full price. They are quick to put a sign up saying no refunds without food. But mad when someone returns undercooked food. I was like you guys need to be cooking theses for at least 3 to 4 mins. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! No accountability, and they speak in their language and not in English and then get mad when I say do you not speak English!! So many things wrong with this restaurant and confirmation I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO ANY ARBYS AGAIN!!! EXACTLY WHY THEYRE ALL HANGING ON BY A THREAD!!! AND I SEE WHY THEYRE DAMN NEAR OUT OF BUSINESS. NO NAMES NEEDED EVERY WORKER WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! Save your money and go somewhere else!

Omg this place has amazing food. It’s expensive but I love it! The drive through lady is so sweet I just love her. The big cheesy bacon burger is so worth trying! :-D

This place is ok at best. All the workers were too busy discussing their issues of being bloated while on vacation to help me, or even act nice. The lady at the register was not helpful or nice. The food has really gone downhill, but the customer service, they need to be trained or replaced, that was horrible. Not sure I'll ever be back to this one. On top of the attitude , my large curly fries were little tidbits AND stale. The sandwich wasn't great. Very disappointed. Get it together Arby's.
Let me add that I've been going here for years, and have been here dozens (of not more) of times.
