Love the music they played here. We're attentive and friendly. The food was pretty good, didn't blow my mind but I like this place. I'll be coming back... I love that they were open late and the rolls were affordable. But I wonder at 50% off, I'm not sure why they most of the rolls were around $23 to $25 per roll to begin with? When you advertise that, it makes it seem like you are desperate for business and dont get many customers but also a marketing tactic to jack up the prices to make it seem like a great deal, when in fact, that's what the price should be. Not really fooling anyone there. I say discontinut with the discount thing and just set an affordable price.

I ordered rolls, as always, and they were, firstly, not the same, the other fish was somehow bad, everything was weathered, and there was some strange taste, I choked on these sushi, then the next morning. I still felt sick from them.Never had this happen before. I ordered it so many times and they changed the soy sauce. It's so spicy, how can you eat it?

Arigato Sushi has lost a loyal customer. For over 5 years, I’ve consistently ordered the same exact customized sushi without any issue. Yummy Yummy, Tear Drop Roll & CSUS - my simple substitution of chicken instead of Salmon. During my most recent visit (7/23/25), they flat-out refused to make it — no explanation, no compromise, no acknowledgment of my long-time support. Just “my manager said not today”. My friend and I were wondering if this had to do with the fact that we asked for a specific table when we came in as it was the table we’ve always been lucky enough to sit at every time - I’ve actually never sat anywhere else in the restaurant, but this table, funny enough.
It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way after years of loyalty. I’ve supported this place and recommended it to many, but I won’t be doing that anymore. I won’t be back.

Came here as usual loved this place. We get the same order every time. My friend wanted to substitute like she usually does. And they came back saying the manager does not allow substitution starting today. Given after the waiter already took the order.

They have a 18% gratitude on a party of 6 or more charged for a baby that didn’t require any service. Service is very slow and place has lost its touch.

I can honestly and truthfully say that I've never had a bad experience at Arigatos except that one time I tried going to there other location. I'm a vegetable tempura type of guy myself personally but the stuffed mushrooms are always a hit here as well. My family and I use to get the edamame which is always a nice starter to share with family or friends. I've probably tried just about all of their rolls but some of my favorites include Pink Lady , Dragon , 007 , and just about any of them they put that grilled to perfection eel on. Wash it down with some sake or plum wine and sounds like another win for the sushi men 😁
