Did not like their vegetarian sushi roll. Other than that everything seemed fine

I went to this place for my fiancés birthday and they were HORRIBLE. The servers name was Napee and I wish I could give her and this awful place 0 stars. Do not go here for special events. We walked in and were seated and I let the server know beforehand it was his bday and if we could make it special and maybe do ice cream. The server laughed in my face and says sure and proceeds to head to the counter to look and me and laugh with her coworker. The whole time we were there she dodged us when we would try to get her attention or ask for help she’d walk right past us. She never ended up giving us any ice cream either. I don’t know if she thought I was trying to get something free or whatever her twisted mind thought. My fiancé and I were crushed to spend so much money for such horrible service. It was heartbreaking for sure as we don’t get to go out much. We are both in school and can’t afford meals like this. This morning the day after my fiancé is puking all his dinner up and I don’t know what to think anymore. Could she have been so cruel? Don’t go to the restaurant trust me.

Our go to sushi place and no one makes the stuffed jalapeños like they do. Can't get enough of Arigato's.Love the nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls and deep fried rolls. The baked salmon roll (lion?) is to die for, baked green mussels, best tasting miso around. If your feeling frisky get a sake bomb and my personal choice for beer is Asahi. Love the hot tea and spicy edamame too!If you prefer cooked foods they have all kinds of bento type dinners as well, anything in tempura you'll never be sorry.Been a huge fan and customer many years but this is my first review!Arigato's is affordable and the taste is high end. Expect to be deliciously happy!

I remember this place being so much better, it’s a bummer. I came here w/ my boyfriend about a week ago to enjoy some dinner and not only was the sushi average, but the service was slow as well. I ordered a sushi roll with a side of sea steak, sea steak was over cooked. Boyfriend ordered teriyaki beef w/ rice and it tasted delicious! Will come again for drinks, their oyster shooters were amazing.

The lion king wasn't very good. The cooked salmon almost tasted like canned salmon. The caterpillar was very good. I'll get less sauce next time because they put a lot of sauce but that's a matter of preference.

This is our go-to sushi restaurant now. Quick professional service, I get the same treatment in a suite or in my pj's. They don't care and still give great customer service. I love this place and will be loyal for life!

Their chicken and shrimp Udon was amazing. Can't wait to go back. This is authentic Japanese food. So good I wanted to take off my shoes and wiggle my toes. :-)

I usually like the food here, but this time it was super mid and a bit generic. Service was ok, it was busy so I get it. The atmosphere was great as it always is.

I grabbed 2 sushi rolls from here via online order. I enjoyed the food. I liked the texture of the rice on my philly roll and the tempura on my CSU roll even after getting it home. The customer service was very lackluster, borderline rude due to impatience. It was 9:35pm so they were to close within 25 minutes. When I got there, there was nobody in the waiting area and yet I still had to address the older woman at the front register. I let her know I was there for a pick up order. She asked for my order confirmation number to which I asked for a moment to unlock the phone in my hand to get it for her. Before I could unlock the phone, she started confirming my identity in other forms, such as my phone number and then asking for my name. I got my phone number perfectly correct as I’ve had the same number for over a decade, she then asked for my name. We both confirmed my first name but then there was a pause I suppose to say my last name but we both said my first name at the same time. It felt like a weird split moment stand off and my first name is unique, I’ve only met 6 other people with my name in 30 years so that was odd to me. Mind you, my bag was the only bag up there that I could see which just further made it weird in my opinion. As she handed me my bag she said twice “next time we will need your confirmation number.” At that point, I informed her if she had a little bit more patience to let me do what I already told her I was going to do I would have gladly given her the confirmation number. At that point she kind of did one of those Customer Service “please move along” smiles and that was the end of the interaction. It was my first time doing an order pick up here. I wouldn’t have tipped the way I did if I waited until I ordered in person, so I will keep that in mind for future orders.
