This location by far is the worst. I’ve been here multiple times. They never have an assortment of ready to go pretzels and today was of course the same. I ordered an almond pretzel. It is undercooked flat and dry. It is the worst pretzel I’ve ever had this location has got to higher, better staff I ended up throwing it away. What a waste of money.

I like auntie Anne's. My daughter always wants to come for the cinnamon pretzel nuggets like multiple times a week -.- the workers are friendly and nice and it's inside the mall which is nice and cool.

Visited On 8/17 @6pm. One of your male staff with the long hair needs to keep have all his hair tied up. His his hair was dangling all over his face when rolling the pretzels. I would not want to find a peace of hair in my food

I've come here three times in the past two weeks to terrible service. Two weeks ago we came in an hour before closing to be told they weren't serving any more food. Came in a few days ago and they were out of everything and weren't making more. Came in today, an hour after they had opened (they open at 11), to be told it would take a half hour for the product I wanted to order (mini pretzel dogs) and that was after I waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me standing there.

Pretzels are little pricier but their garlic parmesan pretzel is not so good. Its just a powdered mixture on pretzel which never sticks to it. Not worth trying.
