The pretzels were very tasty, and I really enjoyed the drink as well. However, I noticed the staff were chatting with each other a lot instead of focusing on customers. It would be great if they paid more attention to guests and smiled more often. 🙂

Pretzel bites here were 8 dollars and tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours - absolutely no texture, just little nuggets of bread. The workers (bless their hearts) are also clearly instructed to ask if you have a phone number, account, etc multiple times which is a bit grating. Lastly they slam you with a tip screen for takeout mall pretzels (?) and it takes like 3 clicks to navigate to no tip. I feel bad for the workers but wetzels pretzels is downstairs and the quality difference is insane. There’s absolutely no reason to go here when a far superior alternative lies 300 feet away

I like auntie Anne's. My daughter always wants to come for the cinnamon pretzel nuggets like multiple times a week -.- the workers are friendly and nice and it's inside the mall which is nice and cool.
