8/2/2023Been a customer for over 20 years! Placed an order at 5:51pm I wanted pepperoni nuggets & the cashier stated that it would be a 15-20 min wait. I told her that was fine. At 6:25pm i still haven't received my order & ask her how much longer? She tells me "Sorry for the wait, "He forgot"! Referring to the other employee there. I didn't mind waiting 15-20 minutes but 35 minutes, When there is no one else there!! No one in line, no one waiting! Is simply ridiculous. How can you be a pretzel stand & never have any pretzels ready , workers are unprofessional, slow & had the audacity to say "He forgot" to put the pretzels in the oven????!!!This location has gone down hill. Sad to see its decline in service!!

I walked up and the a girl sitting back behind the counter said "she'll be with you in a second!" The lady in the picture continued to put items in the oven. I asked for the pizza in the cup, I also asked what sauces to you have. She told me. I asked how day was? No response at all from her. I said have a nice day, nothing either. I got cold pizza in a cup, cold cheese sauce.

Visited On 8/17 @6pm. One of your male staff with the long hair needs to keep have all his hair tied up. His his hair was dangling all over his face when rolling the pretzels. I would not want to find a peace of hair in my food

Auntie Anne's is a staple in any mall. The cinnamon pretzel bites hit all the time. The lemonade drinks are also very thirst quenching. The products are good, but the service could be improved. The workers were a little slow on the job & not enthusiastic.
Are you really at a shopping mall if there isn't an Auntie Anne's there? This Auntie Anne's is on the 3rd floor near the Food Court at the Arden Fair Mall. Service and pretzel quality was up to par with the many other Auntie Anne's locations I've been to so for me no problem with that. Tip: if you download the free phone app and make an account you can get a free pretzel for your birthday which is really awesome!

I've come here three times in the past two weeks to terrible service. Two weeks ago we came in an hour before closing to be told they weren't serving any more food. Came in a few days ago and they were out of everything and weren't making more. Came in today, an hour after they had opened (they open at 11), to be told it would take a half hour for the product I wanted to order (mini pretzel dogs) and that was after I waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me standing there.

I ordered a regular pretzel with salt at this Auntie Anne's and the cashier said they would have to make one and it would take about 10 minutes. I gave her my name and I waited about 10 minutes before asking how much longer it would be before my pretzel was ready. She asked the lady who was making the pretzels and she didn't even put it in the oven! I told the cashier I wanted my money back. She acted like she didn't know how to return the money on my card, so she said she'd give me the refund in cash. She eventually gave me 4 dollars and a handful of nickels, dimes, and a few pennies. I won't be buying a pretzel from this location again in the future.

My boyfriend and I got into an altercation with an overweight woman who felt the need to cut us in line so she could get her pretzels 2 minutes sooner. The female employee clearly saw that we were in line first and did nothing about it. However, Omar, the cashier, was very nice and apologetic about the situation. Omar gets 5 stars, other employee gets 0. Pretzels were bomb tho
