I arrived during the lunch hour. Rather than going to the long line at the popular place on the corner I changed up my routine The service was good and quick the Papa burger was comparable to the double double Plus there was a wider variety of food Some of which I Ordered to take home

Visited this location as I always do whenev I'm in the Sac area (living ~60 miles out) and this time, they fell FAR short of the mark. I always get the much coveted cheese curds for the drive home and some chicken legs for the kids (can't find cheese curds even remotely close to home). I was saddened when I bit into ALMOST EVERY cheese curd there was no cheese in them-- it was just crust & oil ? I think there were MAYBE 3-4 curds in there that had the melty cheese like it should and usually always does. Not the end of the world, just very disappointing that they actually thought I wouldn't notice and packaged the rogue empty curds to sell to me. Like, don't rush the deepfry process with these things! I don't mind parking out front of the establishment to wait for them! I mean, y'all had me wait (as usual, no biggy) anyways, so why the heck you give me this garbage?! One of 2 things took place: 1) they flash fried them too hot & fast (which causes to crust to rupture, thereby spilling the melted cheese out) or 2) they actually gave them to me purposely because they were too lazy to make some fresh. I think it's the 1st one because pretty much every other time, they have been delicious. Please do better next time, A&W! I know you can ?
