Only come here if you want a huge helping of rudeness with mediocre food. When we asked for ketchup, we got a glare, three packets thrown on the counter, and she stomped away. 3 packets for four full meals. And the bacon was undercooked.

the worst service, I don't ever usually place a bad review for fast food but when you have to go back inside 3 times to get all the items of your order that is just ridiculous. 1st time they forgot my kids meal drinks, 2nd forgot my kids meal nuggets, 3rd time forgot all of the ordered fries. this was not a large order (family of 4), also had to wait 10 minutes for them to make the food in the first place. working families looking for a quick meal after a long day, steer clear of this place.

Not sure why, but my chicken in the famous bowl was covered in salt crystals and was extremely salty. I ordered to go through the drive through and as far as I was aware without incident but when I got back to work to eat....it was just too salty I had to throw the chicken away.

Oh wow I'm really surprised at the low reviews. I will have to read them. I come here often for my lunch before work or after work for a snack. On my way home. I always get onion rings and sometimes a burger or fries the lady at the window is always so kind and the food always tastes so fresh and good! Today was no different. They were very kind and the food tasted great.

Visited this location as I always do whenev I'm in the Sac area (living ~60 miles out) and this time, they fell FAR short of the mark. I always get the much coveted cheese curds for the drive home and some chicken legs for the kids (can't find cheese curds even remotely close to home). I was saddened when I bit into ALMOST EVERY cheese curd there was no cheese in them-- it was just crust & oil ? I think there were MAYBE 3-4 curds in there that had the melty cheese like it should and usually always does. Not the end of the world, just very disappointing that they actually thought I wouldn't notice and packaged the rogue empty curds to sell to me. Like, don't rush the deepfry process with these things! I don't mind parking out front of the establishment to wait for them! I mean, y'all had me wait (as usual, no biggy) anyways, so why the heck you give me this garbage?! One of 2 things took place: 1) they flash fried them too hot & fast (which causes to crust to rupture, thereby spilling the melted cheese out) or 2) they actually gave them to me purposely because they were too lazy to make some fresh. I think it's the 1st one because pretty much every other time, they have been delicious. Please do better next time, A&W! I know you can ?

I go to Kentucky in Natomas and they say they have no chicken. WTF!. Then I go there on a different day to order and the lady sounded mean, she said I couldn't order any extra food at the window and to go back to the intercom and order the additional chicken I was trying to add. We were the only customer there. Smh. Please get real cooks and hire better workers. Thanks
