I asked for an original leg, but when I saw it was 4.99 I asked for an original breast. Clearly, that is NOT what I got. Then ordered a coney dog with onions. She could have warned me about how it was packaged. No onions. These two items were $10. The customer service was bad as she did not want to give me a receipt, and of course there were no napkins. Not acceptable. Wienerschnitzel has two chilli dogs and chilling cheese fries for $6…..very disappointed here.

The service is was awful!!!!!
The chili on the fries was burnt and basically no chilli the burger was cold the Mac and cheese was cold. We're thinking since we have to park and wait for our food for 10 minutes we were going to be getting fresh hot food but that didn't happen.i know nobody is going to care about it because it's getting worse everywhere just don't order your food in the shitty part of town

There is a young woman working here who decided to have major attitude with my coworker about the restroom. When my coworker payed for her food and asked for the restroom code the worker refused to give it to her and said it was against policy to give the code out verbally. However 3-4 minutes later she gave the code to a white man verbally. I asked the female employee first what the policy is to confirm, she got upset and walked away, talking into her headset about how she isn’t giving the code or letting anyone in the bathroom. So I went up to ask the manager what the policy is. The manager said that is but not against policy to give the code out however they could pick and choose who they want to give the password to due to the area the restaurant is in. I asked if since we were paying customers we could get the code and he gave it to us. He was very friendly and didn’t have any attitude at all. As soon as he walked away the woman spoke up and said “there, you got the code just make sure you don’t forget it” I asked what her problem was and she got argumentative. I walked away to finish my food and she continued to talk loudly about the situation. I ignored her after that. Not sure what her deal was but this behavior is not acceptable from service employees.

Terrible experience, went here last night for dinner. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger meals, mac and cheese, and cheese curds. Now days this is restaurant prices at 35 dollars. Was told to park because they were making fresh. Food came out and was almost jokingly bad. Given kfc fries that were cold, cheese curds that had been dunked in cold oil, room temperature mac and cheese and burgers were terrible as well. Lost a customer for sure!

Wheelchair accessibility: I use a scooter, they don't have a handicap entrance, so it makes it kind of hard to get inside. They do have a clear aisle that makes the counter accessible. They also have tables available that are accessible for my scooter and anyone in either a wheelchair or power chair.
