I'm highly disappointed! I'm tired of spending my hard.earned money on still old not fresh food. It shouldn't be that hard if it's set out too long drop a fresh batch quit giving people old stale food!!!!! I only came back because I had a great service a few weeks back during lunch time. Never coming back!

Terrible experience, went here last night for dinner. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger meals, mac and cheese, and cheese curds. Now days this is restaurant prices at 35 dollars. Was told to park because they were making fresh. Food came out and was almost jokingly bad. Given kfc fries that were cold, cheese curds that had been dunked in cold oil, room temperature mac and cheese and burgers were terrible as well. Lost a customer for sure!

Y'all whatever you do, DON'T get the cheesey coney whatever hot dog. Was excited to eat my delicious cheese meal and naur. Went to grab my hot dog and cheese disaster everywhere. Got all over my car interior. They really said "just squirt it in there and hand her over the hot dog". I'm highly disappointed. Y'all how am I gonna eat my hot dog in the passenger seat while my sista goin 75mph. Uh-uh miss ma'am. Cheese all over my corduroy jeans, all over my glove compartment, and some how got on the ceiling of my interior???? Girl. Don't get the cheese dog, I repeat, don't get the cheese dog!

A&W will *NOT* make a bunless burger.I went in. I order a burger. No catsup, light mustard, no mayonnaise, and no bun."Oh, we can't do that."Can you just use lettuce on the outside in place of a bun?"No, we dont have lettuce. We can't make a burger like that."So no burger for me.And I was really looking forward to a frosty mug of the good stuff.But not at A&W. Not anymore.

Very disappointed in my food, burnt, cold cheese curds drenched in caramel, instead of the dipping sauce like asked for. They asked me to park then came back and asked for my card again, the employee CLIMBED through the drive thru window with my card. Horrible fries, not like any other A&W I've ever been too.
