I eat a lot of sushi, and with my second visit in two weeks, this has quickly become a new favorite! Fresh & flavorful fish prepared in unique and traditional ways. Nigiri & Sashimi are amazing high-quality fish NOT typically available at most restaurants. No noisy crowds like Mi***y. It is a Homey connected vibe, unlike K*u. If you like mayonnaise on your fish, go somewhere else. Only light, fresh, unique sauces here. I'll be back!

The fish were fatty and fresh! The hamachi kama was great, it felt like it was never ending when we dug for more and more meat, and it was lightly seasoned which was nice.We would come back, it's especially great for residents in the area!

First timer - fabulous meal. Friendly staff and great service. Going again soon! I am not very familiar with Japanese food so chose the chicken teriyaki set and the tempura appetizer. This may be the place I get more adventurous and educate my palate.

Had the Omasake. It is $108 if you make a reservation and pre pay 50%. The restaurant was pretty packed with people dining off of the regular menu. The service was very fast for the Omasake. Not much time in between each course. It was a tight fit sitting at the sushi bar. A large selection of sake available. The food was good but i preferred some of the other Omasake places I've tried. It was a decent Omasake set for the price.

So glad we picked this spot to eat after doing some errands! The lychee sake was delicious. We ordered the Azayaka sashimi box and it was perfect for my husband and I ( so fresh). The sunshine roll was a cute surprise. It looked like a fish rainbow .
Azayaka never fails to deliver. One of my favorite go to spots for sushi in Sac. The double toro roll is a must try! You can never go wrong with their 9 piece nigiri for under $50! They have expansive offerings - if you decide to go with their donburi, definitely make it a set for a great value. Excited to come back and try more of their menu offerings.

Food was fantastic! Wait staff were attentive and Chef was excellent! Will 100% come back here for the amazing food. The only strange standout was the men's restroom. Wet and greasy floors throughout, grime built up around the sink faucet, and a urinal that looks to have been out of order and generally neglected for a long time. If I had used the restroom before or during the meal, it likely would have ruined the experience. Looking forward to going back for the food and telling friends to try it out, and really hoping the figure out a solution for the men's room, I imagine it might be costing them some business.

The restaurant is located in a strip mall and the inside definitely more like a fast casual restaurant rather than a nicer place. I was a little shocked at the prices due to the location and ambience. The food however seemed fresh and there was plenty of it. I took food home at the end of my meal and only ordered one of the $18 lunch specials. My Diet Coke came in a can which again I was surprised at. While the food was good, I was horrified at the men’s bathroom that literally had water all over it. A male staff member would go to the kitchen and then return to the dinning area to just sit. I really wished someone would have found the time to at least mop up the bathroom as it had water everywhere and was very slippery. I probably won’t be back but mainly because I felt it was over priced for canned sodas on my table and lack of concern for water all over the bathroom. The bathroom definitely was unexceptionable and should have been closed to customers either till it was fixed or at minimum cleanedParking: Plenty of free parking in the strip mall general parking lot.

We ordered 3 of the bento boxes and 2 rolls, it was delicious! There were other add ons other Japanese restaurants don't usually include like steamed egg. Their dish-ware are so cute! We also got the fire dragon roll and double taro, fish was fresh and tasty. The service was good, always checking in on us and the food was came fast. I love the interior of the restaurant, simple, clean and open! The sushi chefs are at the front and we can see them make the rolls. Will definitely come back again!
