Parking: Parking can be tricky depending on time of day. Not their fault just a busy plaza sometimes.

Wheelchair accessibility: Their is a ramp area right in front. They also have double doors if needed. Unfortunately, only 1 Handicap spot in front. The entire plaza is limited on spots and especially Handicap spots. But the sidewalks do have dips for easier access and...

It used to be really good about 6 years ago, I feel like there has been a chef change or change of ownership because the food quality is not what it used to be for the price you pay.

This is always my go to Pho place in Sacramento! The owner Bob is very hospitable, Sarah is always my waitress, she is very attentive to her guest, I always get the same thing. The place is very clean, the atmosphere is nice, customers are regulars here, that’s how you know it’s good !!! Two thumbs up ?? ??… food is always fresh …
