Best bacon everything you could ever want from concert to festie food from a truck in town.....My favorite item is the bacon landed fries of course....The owner is also super awesome businessman
Thank you for coming up to the Jackson Rancheria!! My Pulled Pork Sandwich was sooo yummy and I really really appreciated that you put the sauce and slaw on the side until I could try it out to see if it was to spicy for me. I just wish the food would have been a little bit temperature hot and my all of fries cooked all of the way. The staff was super friendly ??
The Bacon Mania Truck has, hands down, the BEST macaroni and cheese I have EVER had in my life! I follow this truck whenever I can just for the mac n cheese. Please come back to Galt ASAP!!!
