BAMBŪ Desserts & Drinks

I came for dessert on Saturday. The place was busy and full. It was difficult to find a parking spot too.
The cashier wasn't very friendly, no smiles, no greetings, typical Vietnamese right?

Old man says he cannot substitute or take out an ingredient in the drink i wanted because he don't want customers wasting his time by making him work more. This is the first Bambu i went to that told me this. I said ok i don't want it. I'll take my money somewhere else. The place was dead and not even busy when i went.

Bamboo drinks are great for summer thirst and nothing beats with a cold desserts. They got many types of drinks here. Price of the cup does go up fairy high for che. Cost me almost 10$ for my drinks. Have to think twice now for coming back. Summer can be busy sometimes so don't expect seating place inside 😜

The prices are way too high. This place is benefiting from the original “Bamboo” name previously was there. They should get sued for this.

BECAUSE I CANNOT GIVE O STAR, I HAVE TO GIVE 1

I visited Bambu to redeem my free drink reward, which cost 85 points.
However, when I tried to use it, I was told it couldn't be applied to a specialty item. I ended up canceling my order, but the points had already been deducted, and I wasn't refunded. The cashier, an older man, was unfriendly and seemed like he didn't enjoy his job. He might be one of the owners and possibly feels the place is popular enough not to care.
This is why we prefer going to the Elk Grove location whenever possible--this one always disappoints. If you don't want to honor the drink, do not set up the reward program.

They serve a variety of drinks at great prices. Whenever I travel to Sacramento, I will stop at Bambū and get my favorite drinks of dragon fruit tea and Vietnamese coffee. Exceptional flavoring! Highly recommend!
