There is definitely room to learn from this restaurant. The boat noodle portion is not all there, protein is compare to 1 meat ball slice in half and 4 bite size pieces of meat. The broth isn’t what everyone said compare to LA restaurants. No napkins was given on my dine in. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to spend their money here. I’m all about supporting my community but I can’t support this. The hyper for boat noodle is nothing compared to other restaurants I have here in Sacramento.

Starting with the service, we were welcomed by an accommodating server. The place has its distinct thai characteristic showing its authenticity. The food was really good and we enjoyed everything we ordered: thai fried rice, pannang curry, and tilapia fillet but we hope that they will expand their menu more in the future. Also, increase the illumination and visibility so people can easily see this good restaurant.

Super flavorful and about as authentic as it gets, some of the best around for sure! They will closing for a month to go overseas for a family situation but still worth checking it out if you are in the plaza or the area.

Food was delicious, one of the best boat noodle in town. Service was quick and staff was friendly. This place is very small so if they're busy, you'll have to wait.

One of my favorites spots for boat noodle, portion sizes are great. Love it when we visit because we usually see an energetic man who is so attentive and stops by every table and has meaningful conversation with his regulars. Looks like it's family owned. It has a mix of music playing in the background. Loving the Thai vibe in there.

Thaiboat was decent here! Not bad. Customer service was good! Inside of the restaurant is super clean! The papaya salad (Thai) wasn't great in my opinion. I'll try their Lao version next time!

It's one of my favorite Thai Restaurants in town. Definitely recommend the Boat Noodles, Papaya Salad, Beef Larb, and Chicken Larb. The staff here is very friendly and the restaurant is well clean and put together ❤️. Love this spot. Must try Thai and Laos food in the area. I come here about once every 2 weeks to eat yet again. Highly recommended spot.

Came here to try their foods for lunch spent over $130.00. They automatically charge 15% gratuity. Fries: weird taste. Was cooked in old oil and you can taste a mix flavor not worth it. Papaya salad (lao style): not appetizing to the eyes. way too much crab sauce. No ferment fish sauce. Half the serving was shredding lettuce. Not worth it. Chicken wings: decent. Large wings. Good pepper sauce. I would do it again.Drunken noodle: small portion. Decent flavor. Good color. I would do it again. Chicken laab: decent flavor. Lots of rice powder. Good amount of veggies. I would do again. Khao piek: good flavor, lots of garlic, broth a bit watery. But would do it again. Thai boat noodle: looks good, not very flavorful Service: decent. But don't reach over people in the future to refill water.

This is one of the best thai restaurant in the Sacramento area. I love love love their boat noodle. Everything on the menu is full of flavors and tasty. The service is great. The only thing is that they accept cash, zelle, or venmo only.

Not bad. Not the best. A really poor value. Curry should be served with rice, right? It should not be a $3 option. We ordered the green curry with chicken. It was tasty and spicy. The waitress said that this was because it was made fresh. My GF thought it was salty. But my mouth was too on fire to tell. I did think the broth was a little runny since it is usually thicker. The curry was $13.99 ($19.99 if you want shrimp). Not a good value when you consider that it will cost you, at a minimum, $16.99 since you have to pay for rice. We had the Drunken Noodles too. They were OK. Not special and not bad either. They were $12.99. The place was clean and the had an incense to make it smell nice. The waitress was very nice and kept following up on us during our meal. Maybe because we were the only ones in there? The prices just were not justified by the food quality. I probably won't be back since value was poor.

Beef Laab is perfect. You can choose level of spiciness and bitterness. Thai Boat is average. Overall great customer service.

I was in the area for another restaurant they're supposed to open. But they're not open 15 minutes after the opening time posted on their front door. I have to find another restaurant for lunch. Bangkok Thai shows up on my Yelp search with good reviews! I'm coming! Bangkok Thai is in a shopping center, together with many other restaurants and boba shops. The parking lot is very crowded. I can get a parking space with a short walk. This is not a very big restaurant. They have one young waitress working in the dining room. She greeted us well when we walked into the restaurant, and we were seated right away. The dishes are good tastes. I love the Lao sausage. It is very tasty and not too oily. The fried rice is pretty good, and again, not too much oil. The dining room is small but comfortable. I like some of the Thai decorations there too!
