What is everyone eating!?! This place is awful! We had a Groupon for a couple burgers and brew...so glad we did not pay full price! The burgers were dry and absolutely, totally BLAND! It went through me quick and I threw it up later. The bartender/waitress wasn't even going to ask how we wanted the burgers she was just going to put the order into the kitchen. Overall....skip. Chili's has a WAY better burger!

Security didn’t let inn someone in our group because he was wearing Jordans. But ppl inn with dirty Nikes, adidas, Air Force’s but I guess they draw the line with Jordan’s, we were irritated because we had a party van drop us off and my wife and I love this place and I usually wear JORDANS! And no one has ever told me anything. Took our group somewhere else.

Barwest is always too crowded, they need to maintain a capacity but never do. The short Asian bottle manager also has an attitude problem. He was very rude when addressing people to move. He’s very unprofessional and needs to work on addressing the crowd. I understand that the job can be difficult but you still need to maintain a professional attitude regardless of the circumstances

Barwest security’s or whoever lets people in by checking ids and etc are the rudest people in Sacramento I will be leaving bad reviews everywhere about them the amount of people who agreed with me after I went off on the white security and the short asian one for being disrespectful towards the people PAYING money to come in and have a good time is wild to me 😂 I will be reaching out and taking legal actions I don’t play with being disrespected and then they didn’t wanna let me in they wanted to let my friends in but not me for speaking up for myself 😂 I’m not a punk I will speak up for myself and they don’t like that over there they wanna feel like they can step on you unfortunately not with me I won’t let it slide.

Booked a table for my birthday and was told to show up no later than 10:30 otherwise the reservation would be cancelled. Once we got there, we had to wait in line for 2 hours. We did not get in until 12:30 and the club closed at 1:30. I spent over $1000 for an hour. I am filing a formal complaint and getting a full refund. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized.
