What’s the point of closing at 9pm if you’re gonna close 10 minutes early and close everything up?also having a long face with an attitude. If you are miserable doing what you get paid for leave. Very disappointing worst baskin Robbin’s location ever been too. On top of that didn’t get the order right how I asked for.

they gave me coconut flakes instead of the kataifi on the dubai chocolate sundae …i wasnt even told that they didnt have the kataifi and was automatically given coconut??????

There is a lady and her son that works here they truly are the best and are so sweet! They have such great customer service! will 100% recommend

The Hispanic lady was very rude and very unprofessional. She spoke with an attitude and didn't ask basic customer service questions. She scooped up ice cream and then handed it to me without asking if I wanted toppings, she also charged my friend for both of our ice creams when we were supposed to pay separately. And they DON'T WEAR GLOVES!!!

Amazing place! I had never feel this joyful before since when I was a kid!

Bought cookies and cream and got mint chocolate chip - came back the next day for an exchange and wasn’t allowed because I ate 2 scoops (how else would I have known the order was wrong lol) bad business

Rude and disrespectful manager who barely speaks English and hangs up on people trying to make sure they get the correct order nasty attitude.

Women who works here is always rude. I ordered two pre packed ice creams. Both looked like they had melted a few times. Tasted like refrigerator too… Definitely never returning to this location.

Baskin Robbins has become a joke. I purchased two scoops and it was literally 2 tablespoons of ice cream. It didn’t half fill the smallest size cup. Shrink-flatiron must’ve started at Baskin-Robbins. So much money for so little ice cream. I’ll stick with Gunther’s from now on.

During my visit today, I encountered an employee whose behavior was quite unexpected and disappointing, especially considering the consistently positive experiences I've had in the past. Upon entering during the dinner rush, I noticed that a young employee was working alone and handling the customers. It took a while for another employee, an older but short Hispanic woman, to come and assist her. This older woman looked like she despised being there and made the atmosphere seem more colder than it already was.
When she was rushing the customer ahead of me. When it was my turn, I asked for an ice cream cake, and she responded in a condescending tone, asking, "Are you going to pay for it?" Later, when I requested to have "Happy Birthday" written on the cake, she rudely declined.
I understand that the dinner rush can be stressful, but I was honestly taken aback by this employee's extremely rude attitude.
Please do better Baskin Robbins.

I love Baskin-Robbins I go there at least once a day but this one location for some reason they like closing before 10:00 and the atmosphere in here is horrible there's an older lady that's always in there it looks like she's mad at the world You don't talk to nobody. And then when you ask him to make your shake thick they try to charge you for another scoop of ice cream when all you have to do is not add as much milk. I don't care for this one and for it being in a beautiful area you would think that atmosphere would be better.

The lady behind the counter was rude. I said hello, she ignored that and asked, "what can I get for you?" I said "nothing" and walked out. I'm not giving anyone my money if they're too good to say hello or are rude in any way.
