Keely saved the day. I ordered a wrong flavor and didn’t catch it in time as they were super prompt in making the custom order cake! Even so, she offered to remake the whole thing. As a mom to a teenage girl who is nearly impossible to make happy, this means so much. It’s the difference between a happy birthday and a “god mom do you even know me” birthday.

Huge selection of ice cream – it’s hard to choose! 🍦 So delicious and perfectly refreshing on a hot day. The only downside is the staff wasn’t very friendly and didn’t smile.

I went in on Tuesday for the Tuesday deal since I was already next door running errands and before I order I ask if they are doing the Tuesday deal and he doesn’t know so he asks the other employee and she says yes. Then I go to pay and it’s full price so I ask about the discount again and she’s like “oh I forgot to tell you it’s after 6pm.” It was 5:45. No apology or anything just came off pretty rude. I don’t usually complain but this whole thing rubbed me the wrong way. For $5 a scoop I’m going to Handels instead and getting better quality ice cream and more for my money. Disappointing. :(

Free sample taste test and the workers are cool there. It's kinda expensive and they serve small portions of ice cream every time I go. You might as well go to get ice cream next door at SaveMart for your money's worth and they have more options.

It is amazing these guys make any money. Two grown Indian dudes behind the counter - One sweeping while on his cell phone and the other with his back to me. I finally walked out after my being acknowledged for almost 10 minutes.
Add to that a couple weeks ago I irger3s a banana Royale with peanut butter sauce from GrubHub. It arrived and had no sauce and very little banana.
