The portions on their sundaes are ridiculously small. I called to complain and was told they weighed it when they created it and so they wouldn't do anything about it. See the difference between what was expected and what was delivered. Sad!

I checked the reviews after I got my order. I was literally telling myself, did Baskin Robbins make their scoops smaller? Bc this thing is so small. All the reviews are correct. I ordered the 2 scoop sundae and the scoops were probably the size of golf balls each. The sundae was finished in about 4 bites. Also, the cashier was very short with me the entire time, until it came time to pay... she the tried to force a question of "how's your day going?" to get a tip. Usually don't you ask that someone at the beginning of the transaction if you're being genuine? This franchise owner deserves to lose their franchise/business for how stingy and cheap they are. A

I USUALLY go here for the TOGO'S sandwich as they are in the same building, I get the #9. Yes, the #9 is the HOT PASTRAMI sandwich, TOGOS #9 has been Challenged by many but beaten by few.ANYWAY... It is ? at 95 degrees so, ICE CREAM is in order for today.I had a FUN EXPERIENCE!!! A DAD, MOM and THE GIRLS!!! EXCITED AND YELLING FOR ICE CREAM! I could not hear the little asian girl working at Baskin-Robbins, she is small, meek, mild-mannered and the little girls were very excited!I ENJOYED WATCHING THE DAD AND HIS DAUGHTERS they were very excited getting ice cream. (my own daughter, Madison Nicole Tenn was abducted by her mother Shannon dawn klaska at 34 months old Madison is now 18 AND ALIENATED) The dad was concerned that the girls were too loud and yes, they were a little loud BUT, I ENJOYED IT! THANKS DAD!!!SOO... I have not had B&R ice cream in many years, I just don't think it is that good! I mean GUNTHER'S is not that far away and IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT... it is much better! So, I was just going to get 1 scoop of vanilla in a cup but, I went ahead and had the COCONUT, it was OK but, not too much flavor, not too much fat. And... one scoop of ice cream weighs in at $3.59!!!I MUST BE OLD! My parents took me to get ice cream and we used to sit at the counter at Thrifty? and eat good ice cream for 00.05!!! Yep, the days of 00.05 ice cream are gone and GASOLINE RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM B&R IS $6.00 and increasing daily. (Thanks Joe Biden)

Great place in Rosemont plaza for families. Lots of flavors in the back too. Very friendly staff. They have Black walnut, strawberry cheesecake, quarterback crunch, cotton candy. They keep them in the back.

I really don't normally post upsetting reviews because i'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt. But this is the second time-Rude employees, they didn't have 5 of their main flavors. I got a two scoop sundae- barely any fudge. My two scoop was basically one- my partners milkshake; to much milk and didn't even offer toppings on the shake. I just feel all and all bad customer service and stingy when it comes to the ice cream.
