Came because I’ve been craving Baskin-Robbins but don’t like to eat ice cream when it’s not that hot. Makes me cold fast. Today was in the 90’s. Got my single adult scoop in a waffle cone. I forgot how giant the cones were! They’re a great size, and the scoop wasn’t small. Filled the cone. I was worried it wouldn’t, so I’m glad they proved me wrong. Definitely worth the price.
**P.S. The review below me gave them a bad rating because of a COUNTY-WIDE power outage. They don’t control that. No one knew what was going on or why random places and random homes in different North and South communities had a power outage. That’s not a Baskin-Robbin’s issue. SMUD gave no explanation either. Extremely weird. I think that guy was just having a bad day and took it out on Baskin-Robbin’s.

Closed for power outage. Didn't put signs up. I won't get into the employees being unprofessional about it but I definitely felt like a criminal and a moron for not knowing the power was out. They helped 2 men after I left. I won't be back even though times before I went the ice cream was alright.

They give you a half scoop on the brownie, ice-cream. On the 2 you pick. HALF A SCOOP!

I went to Baskin Robbins on Calvine which was a better experience than going to Florin Road. At least the ice cream came over the top of the cup. The Florin Road store was extremely disappointing. It was probably the equivalent of one scoop in the entire cup for 2 cups in addition, the cost is $6.49, if you go to Hanley’s hand for one scoop is five dollars. I have a picture below clearly is the equivalent of two scoops at Baskin Robins. A four pack in Handles hand packed is $7.20. There is more ice cream at the other spot so you do the math. I think that was my last visit to Baskin Robbins. The butter pecan flavor was excellent though.

I love the many different ice creams they have and different toppings! They have different styles of cones and bowls. I would recommend coming here for summer break since their prices are cheap.

I ordered through door dash and tried to call them to ask if they can make my shake thick she then stated because it’s a delivery order it’s going to be a melted anyway which is not good customer service if a customer is asking for something simple it should be done when getting off the phone with her she said bye in a very condescending tone I would of respected her more if she just said I don’t want to remake it if it was already made but again I tried to call them before they made it but she did not have to be rude like that i normally never have a problem with this store either

My mom is handicap she was getting out of the car and it was 9:29 a bigRude girl locked the doors when my mom was at the door. She should had let her in to get her ice cream. We come almost everyday. Today very Poor service if she doesn’t like her job quit. Don’t take out on customer. She was at the door on time. The owner should respond very racist my mom is 80 years of age. Comes all most every other day turn off the heavy set girl with black hair.??

No bathroom it close. Go somewhere else if you plan on dinning in and want to use the restroom. Horrible customer service. No napkins. Limited dine in table.

I ordered the Mangonada because a manager at my job brought over frozen desserts to a work area freezer. I talked to that manager prior to her shift starting and told her that BR has an item similar to the chamoy.

I bought a Father's Day ice cream cake it was horrible ?. It tasted old and it was pieces of cake checkered together rather than a cake layer and a ice cream layer. Way too pricey for a badly made cake, never again!
