Ordered 2 bottled sodas and normal oreo sundaeWell i did not get 2 bottles as advertised they gave me 2 cans i repeat CANS not bottles so there price gouging lieing to us and also my oreo sundae was half empty there lazy and there over charging us shame on you guys never ordering from you again yes this means doordash never again bye nye felicia lost my service btw keep your measly 2.80 refund i paid 20 for nothing

This asian guy with curly hair was serving me and he was beyond nice. He gave me generous amounts of ice cream and was respectful for me. I even gave him a 5 dollar tip. Great employee, love this baskin robbins.

Multiple visits. Always a treat to visit this Baskin Robbins. On a previous visit I had asked about a flavor they had a few days before, and they apologized, said it got rotated out, but they'd check the back for me since I had wanted a quart of it.They ended up finding it in the back freezer, enough for a quart and little extra if I wanted. I still ordered the quart.Since it was in the back freezer, it was much colder and frozen than anything up front. The employee didn't let that stop them, and worked to get everything out to pcl the quart, apologizing all the way for the time it was taking which I tried to assure them it was fine.They've always been honest and upfront with any information you want to know. After a dissapointing visit to my closest Baskin Robbins, I contacted this one and asked the same question. They gave me every bit of info they could about it. When they expected it in, if they expected it in. Etc.Always clean whenever I visit. Always friendly.
