The staff here is wonderful, very friendly and gentle. They really make you feel welcome. Unfortunately, the place itself gives a completely different impression. The interior feels old and poorly maintained, the atmosphere is not comfortable at all and the space just does not feel inviting. It is a shame because the employees are fantastic, but the location really needs a full update.

Went to get ice cream with friends here at 9:01 and they told us they are closed while other people were inside. On Apple Maps and Google it says they close at 10pm.

Placed a BR birthday order 8/11 and was notified 8/13 they didn’t have the ice cream in stock to make it. So I said go ahead and cancel the order and I ordered from a different store and they said they would refund me. I’ve been calling for the last month, trying to get my refund and they have still yet to refund me for the order. Avoid this BR location.

I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with this location. If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a birthday cake for pick up approximately one week later. I called first and spoke to one of the staff telling them what I wanted and they directed me to their website. I then ordered online to pickup on Saturday at 5. I arrived at 5:30 on my way to the party to be told that the cake decorator quit a week and a half ago and they didn’t have my cake ready. I asked why no one told me when I called to order, or called my phone number associated with the online order and there was no valid reason. She then offered to decorate the cake but it would be twenty minutes. I waited as I had no option since the party was starting and I was bringing the cake. 20 min later a different employee brought the cake out and I have never seen a cake decorated so poorly, glops of colored frosting dripping down the side of the cake. I wish I took a picture. The writing was barely legible. It literally looked like a 4 year old had decorated it. This employee was embarrassed to even present it to me offering to refund the $50 for the cake. I will never order anything from this location!! Horrific management!!!!

Have ordered their 4 times on their app and all 4 times I’ve arrived, at least one flavor they didn’t have….sometimes even the majority isn’t available…not a well run establishment. This last time I ordered a milk shake and they were out of vanilla! Are you serious? Luckily, they had pre made cartons of it that they agreed to make the milkshake with, however, there must have 3 parts milk and 1 part ice cream. I’ve officially given up and will no longer go to the baskin Robbin’s on natomas crossing.

Tried to call the day before and day of to ensure they received my order for a birthday cake but no one ever answered the phone. Thankfully they did have the cake ready but I would appreciated a confirmation before driving over. Lady was nice once she got to me.
