Well 2 nd time at this place and seems like everytime I order a 3 scoop sundae , feel cheated in the amount of ice cream scooped. Then you charge 8 bucks! Does the cost of the product being scooped, cost more from the supplier? Try fulfilling the customer’s order instead of short changing them , thinking your saving money. I’ll stop coming here , and goto another B&R, to be portion correctly.

The person who is serving customers. His fingernails are very dirty and he doesn't use gloves to handle the ice cream. I have visited this place several times now and the lady always has long, dirty nails and doesn't wear gloves.

paid $9 for a triple scoop sundae and the 3 scoops didnt even reach half way up the cup. A scoop was literally one bite. I got it delivered but I definitely will only go in to make sure they give enough.
The chocolate chip mint has gone down hill. Little specks of Chocolate chips. Where is the chocolate chips it use to have. After years of enjoying , very disappointed!!

I couldn’t believe my eyes she puts 2 big scoops in and didn’t pat it down. Leaving a lot of space in between. I told her it was less ice cream in the container. She said she will have to charge me more. She was constantly dropping it on the counter and putting it back into the ice cream container. Nasty?Need the health department to check this company out. Very rude horrible customer service and unsanitary. I refused purchased and walked out.
