I am so happy with the ice cream cake Kitty made for me. This was a custom request because I got won a national championship this year and wanted a black belt ice cream cake to say sparring national champion. It turned out exactly how I wanted and I highly recommend the custom cakes for any fun occasion where you want something special. This is actually the third time that Kitty has made me an amazing cake like this. She made the first one when I got my 2nd degree black belt and it was awesome! I had her make another one with three bars on it when I earned my third degree. And then this year she made this one National championship victory party. I will definitely use her again for other celebrations as well and big moments! I love ice cream cake and it feels like it just makes an occasion extra special. This location also has great customer service and they always go above and beyond to make sure I am happy!!! Thank you so much for making my party better with this wonderful cake!!!! I’m attaching pictures of all three of the ones she has made for me cause they are all awesome. However, I do think that this year was the best yet!!!! Thanks again!!!!

This place is skimping on the ice cream . Asked for a thick milkshake she made it watery . Asked for a refund she proceeded to give me another milk shake half way filled I just walked out . Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for bigger ice cream portions made correctly.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10! I needed a last minute SpongeBob birthday cake. I requested they just sell me a blue shark cake but take out the shark and add sprinkles along with 9 words. It was perfect! Because of their help, I was able to make a SpongeBob cake!

Baskin Robbins has two no sugar added ice cream flavors which I very much appreciate. Caramel Turtle Truffle and Pineapple Coconut. Both are rich, flavorful ice cream and you can't even tell that it's no sugar added. Neither are SUGAR-FREE but if you're trying to limit your sugar intake these are as good as you can get for a frozen dessert product. I spent $22 for two hand packed 1.5 lb containers. A little expensive, but in my opinion well worth it.
The female employee behind the counter was cheerful and helpful. The establishment was well-lit and clean.

Well 2 nd time at this place and seems like everytime I order a 3 scoop sundae , feel cheated in the amount of ice cream scooped. Then you charge 8 bucks! Does the cost of the product being scooped, cost more from the supplier? Try fulfilling the customer’s order instead of short changing them , thinking your saving money. I’ll stop coming here , and goto another B&R, to be portion correctly.
Run and try the lemon sorbet not to be confused with lemon custard, . Than me later.

The person who is serving customers. His fingernails are very dirty and he doesn't use gloves to handle the ice cream. I have visited this place several times now and the lady always has long, dirty nails and doesn't wear gloves.
