Came by here at 9pm during the week (they close at 10pm) to about 50% of the dining room floor being freshly mopped with no yellow "wet floor" sign up--no joke, the sign was folded up behind a trash can by the front door lol. We'd called ahead to verify if they had the flavor we wanted in stock, so it's not like it was unknown that customers were on the way over at that current moment.Totally understandable that if there weren't any customers to go ahead...
Who doesn't love ice cream? And Baskin and Robbins has some of the best. Even lactose intolerant people can find something to enjoy here. There are many, many flavors to choose from and many options to deliver it to your mouth. Large waffle cones; chocolate dipped cones, chocolate cones, cones with sprinkles, small cones or just a bowl. Plus ice cream cakes! Yum! The ice cream is very creamy and perfectly flavored. I just bought a 2 scoop from this location. It’s $5 in this area for two scoops, and I usually pay $4.29 in sac city for two scoops. The young girl halfed all of my scoops. I took pictures. Customer service runs the world. Care about your job people. I was so excited for a positive experience , and now I feel cheated out of my money. She gave us all poor customer service.
