The cashier/salesgal talked way too long to the person B4 me #1, the ice cream cake I purchased was old, well it taste old. And for the price the cake should of taste fresh! Honestly I should of gone with my first thought, I hesitated at the $30 price tag....for ice cream&cake????Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room for a wheelchair to graze around.

The food/ice cream is so good here, they also have shakes and cakes. If you've never been here then you should try it but who hasn't. Any way this location is generous with their serving sizes and they let you try whichever flavors you want. Sometimes they get pretty busy but overall they have good service here.

Hello I’ve been going to this location for over 15 years. This past Saturday I got to location five minutes before opening so I waited by the door . The employee CARMEN seen that there was customers waiting by the door so she walked over to the other door and unlock that one first then she came over to the door that we were waiting at and she unlocked that one. She walked away which was fine she had to prepare for customers. But once we entered the store she did not speak to us say good morning welcome to Baskin-Robbins nothing. I asked her for some of the smoothie mix which she wasn’t for sure if she could sell me that separately so she asked had to ask her manager. That was fine but she seem like that irritated her. She made my smoothie and tossed my cup on the counter still not saying two words to me. By this time other customers picked up her attitude. So when I asked her name she said she legally did not have to give her name she did not have a name badge as well . Even law-enforcement wears their name badge so I don’t understand why she thought that wasn’t important not to wear her name badge. Upon me complaining she lied to her manager Tori and said that I was rude to her when no way I was rude to her it was the other way around if this is the way they treat their customers I will never return to this location . TORY the manager was worse and no need to complain about her employees service. She doesn’t care. Thumbs down won’t be going back to this location and it’s not the cleanest inside.Add on: Tory made it very clear there is no cameras recording inside the store so it’s your word against the employee and the customer comes in at their own risk. That’s what the manager Tory said to me. Wow

I picked up my birthday cake today. The store was very clean. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. I love ordering this cake. It's always so delicious. I also got a free scope of ice cream for my birthday. Don't forget to sign up on their website and you'll get a free scope and discount on your cake for your birthday. I actually ordered my cake during their Black Friday sale. I love myself a good deal.
I ordered door dash a few times and had excellent ice cream, but... the past couple of times, they have not had any of the ice cream flavors on the menu that I've wanted. When we ordered ice cream, it tasted old and icey not creamy at all. I won't be ordering from them again, unfortunately. I rather order from a small business owner.

I just found a piece of metal in my tuna sandwich that we ordered today (9/23/2022) around 2-2:30pm I felt anything hard when I spat it out i realized it was a piece of metal.
