The ice cream here is amazing, and the staff makes the experience even better. The girl working the afternoon shift was super friendly and helpful. Definitely a place I’ll return to!

I really hate to complain but it’s getting ridiculous. The ice cream was melted, which is understandable is hot outside. I can deal with that. But what’s unacceptable is the unfortunate customer service. Every time I’ve gone the employee and sometimes the manager, never smiles never says hello and never says thank you. It’s as if said she’s had a bad day all day. This wasn’t just one time, is every time I go. It takes a joy out of getting your family out to go enjoy ice cream. I’m to the point I don’t even wanna go there anymore. I’d rather drive across town.

Got home and realized my order was not correct. Not the end of the world but when going back to explain something was missed I had to argue with not only the employee but the whole family. Mistakes happen but I won’t be going back, grabbing ice cream shouldn’t have to be an argument.

I've always had an enjoyable experience here. I'm sure it's changed ownership over the years, but it's always been here while growing up. The ice creams and varieties are always changing to be up with the times. I would have to say we enjoy the German chocolate ice cream when it's in. We don't really have a favorite. The smoothies are also very good. They also have ice cream cakes available for just about all occasions. The ambiance is quaint and home like. Thanks for always being a part of my childhood and my kids' childhood. At least I know that coming back home, this location is always here.

I've visited a couple times now: once a couple hours after open, with employees in the building but they just kept the door locked; once where my order was correct but they just didn't say anything at all, just a very pissy attitude overall and no verbal responses, not even telling me the total, only handing me the order and receipt in a very annoyed manner; and today where I pointed to their display and asked "what's this, what's in it," and she very rudely just said it's a large....asked if I wanted "that," I said yes, and then got something completely different (pics shown). Can't say I'll visit this location any more.

I came in at 3pm-ish to order and there was only 1 employee working. This is during peak hours. Can you believe that? Anyways, I couldn’t get my order because the poor worker had to fulfill a big order of over 10+ items. The worker told me it’s going to take a while (meanwhile I can see her hustling her tail off alone). Obviously, I’m not going to wait 20+ minutes for an ice cream. So I left.But these ice creams shops have to stop getting away with this. And as customers we need to stop tipping these iPad places first off, and start getting these kinds of places out of business. Either hire more worker or pay them more. Because obviously either people don’t want to work or shops think they can get away with just 1 worker.Imagine you’re the worker. I’d never in my life work that kind of job, especially for min wage. The only worker to take orders, clean bathrooms, serve people, clean tables, etc. A big millionaire company like this can only hire 1 employee during peak hours and cannot serve 1 customer with absolutely no line? There wasn’t even 1 car in the parking lot lol.I was so disappointed I couldn’t even get an ice cream on a hot summer day in Sac. Poor worker. Terrible management. Terrible service.

They were very patient and understanding with my app situation and I really appreciated that. They made good conversation and never got impatient or annoyed.
HORRIBLE. do not buy your cake from here. Smushed and they couldn’t even fix it. When I picked it up, I asked her to fix it and she said she doesn’t know how. Buy from Safeway or a professional. This location can not do cakes. Or try a different Baskin-Robbins

The ice cream is good, but the service is slow. 2 employees behind the counter, but only one is helping customers even though 3 people waiting in line. I've noticed this on more than one occasion during the evening hours.

Horrible service, shouldn't talk about other employees that aren't there infront of customers. It's unprofessional and the lady who was helping us was rude and same with the lady who checked us out. Instead of standing around doing nothing, you should take orders and not rush the people who were in line.Asking me 4 times what I ordered, rushing me to remember because everyone else doesn't. Complete joke.
