10/10 experience and I'm so grateful to have found y'all. New to the area and needed a healthy spot I can grab for lunch and this hit all the marks - delicious (x infinity), affordable, quick.
I found Ben’s in DoorDash looking for salads. I got a mixed bowl with shredded chicken, and everything else as it came, with lemon thyme sauce. It was killer! Like, every component was perfect and it was great as a whole. I also got a side of the potatoes and chickpeas. Texturally, they were perfect. Flavor-wise, a little one dimensional. I added some of the side of hot sauce that ordered, which helped a bit. The hot sauce is nice and acidic. It was so affordable, and I have a little less than half of my bowl left to enjoy later. I'm so glad to have come across this place!

As a pregnant woman, this food hit so perfectly. It’s incredibly flavorful, delicious, and healthy. I wish I could have a bowl everyday to get all my nutrients! The best thing is it all appears to be GF!

I am a vegan athlete with an extremely busy lifestyle. Meal prepping takes too much time to plan, cook, and prepare. Ben's Fast Food saves me so much time and hassle by preparing wonderful and delicious vegan meals for the week. And its super easy. I simply order, set a time to pick it up, and pick it up at one of the lockers. In, out, and ready to go.
The food is delicious! I literally have to force myself to not inhale the food because its that scrumptious. The Lemon Thyme sauce is so flavorful.
If you are vegan and have a busy lifestyle or don't want to meal prep yourself, this is the spot! Do yourself a favor and order from this place. You won't regret it!

I order from ben’s every once in a while, and I am always pleased with the service and quality of care that the food is given before it reaches my stomach. The staff is friendly, the prices are extremely reasonable for the food portions and it even tastes good! I usually get the simple bowl since the regular sizes have more than enough food to feed me for lunch and dinner, and this last time I ordered the presentation was so beautiful that I had to write a review! Ben’s Fast Food, Palmita, and Umami Express is highly recommended and worth every bite whether it’s a mid-day snack or your power meal to get you through the day. You will not be disappointed!!!

I truly cannot say enough good things about this restaurant! I was randomly scrolling DoorDash one night and came across this restaurant. I’m sooo happy I found it! Everytime I visit Sacramento, I HAVE to get it. It’s so fresh, flavorful, healthy, AMAZING prices and so yummy! I tell all my friends about it that visit Sacramento and I can’t recommend this place enough. I already want another grain bowl and I’m obsessed with the chipotle sauce and I’m not even vegan lol! Can’t wait to come back 🍽️🩷

Not a great part of sac but I didn't feel unsafe. I wasn't expecting it to be a ghost kitchen and the lack of staff to hand off my order was strange. Kind of had low expectations after arriving but the food was actually rather good. I was worried about the serving size because of the price being so low but it was the perfect amount of food

I frequently order Ben’s and absolutely love it! The freshness the flavors and the price!! I always order the mixed chicken bowl extra red onions, add the potatoes and chickpeas,double lemon thyme dressing and the fabulous hot sauce! However today when I ordered and received there was almost no chicken. I mean there wasn’t even half a chicken thighs worth of meat. I haven’t had this issue before so this was very disappointing.

Fantastic. Stopped in on my way to Redding and was blown away that I could eat anything on the menu safely as I’m allergic to dairy, gluten, and soy. Not only that but it was delicious. I haven’t had plant based ranch this good ever. Knowing the ingredients were good and the flavor being as good as it was, I’m so impressed. I will definitely be stopping by here next time I’m in the area.
